Received multiple harassing phone calls from an employee named **** representing Crist, he began to rail against me about his experience with a company I used to work for. I tried to tell him that I am no longer with that company and he began to yell and speak over me. I hung up the phone. He called me back repeatedly and when I picked up again I told him that we would have a serious problem if he kept harassing me. He took an even more aggressive approach and I hung up immediately, blocked his number, and called his management. **** said he has my home address. I will be pursuing a restraining order against him when I get his information from Crist if they reach back out to me. I am expecting him to be terminated immediately.

I hired ********************************************** to fix my chimney in November of 2021. They came out to inspect a large hole that was at the base of my chimney and suggested I rebuild the whole chimney instead of fixing the hole. They even extended their original 2 year warranty to 10 years, stating that I should not have any issues with the work that they did. Within months, there was a hole in the same spot. I contacted the company May 21, and they were quick to respond and said they would set something up asap. I did not hear back from them, and contacted them again in August 22. They were quick to respond again and said *** would come out on Wednesday, August 24th at noon. We waited until 230 on Wednesday, and *** never showed up. The company never called to say he was going to be late or a no-show. We emailed them on the same day and politely requested an update. No response. Emailed them again on Aug 29th requesting a manager to call us back, and all they said was that they had "passed the number on to the owner to reach out". No response. My husband actually messaged the owner on ******** and asked for his personal email due to us having difficulty getting a call back from the office. He provided the email, and I sent him a detailed email including pictures of my chimney on Sept 14th. No response again.I have never dealt with a company as unprofessional ********************************************** . I have been more than patient, and I don't think it is an unreasonable request for someone to come and fix something that is covered under the warranty. Now I no longer trust them to come out to fix the problem, because I'm sure it will only result in the same issues I have been having. I want a refund for the payment of $2184.00.I have all email interactions between myself and the company, including a copy of the invoice #**** that outlines the work they did and the 10 year warranty backed by ********************************************** and Construction.
