Wonderful company! Larry came out for a service call 2 days ago, diagnosed the issue and we needed to replace the system - he had an install crew here the next morning and had us back up and running within a few hours. The entire staff were professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. They were affordable and went above and beyond for out family. I write to warn anyone of using this company. I had them install systems for 4 suites, totaling approximately 8,000 square feet of commercial space. The installations were dragged out and the delays negatively impacted the progress of the build outs. While the systems initially functioned well, as soon as we experienced problems and called them to honor their warranties and/or service the systems, we found that our calls were ignored, our messages were not answered or acknowledgedwledged and we had to turn to other providers to service and repair the units. Followup should be a concern for any client. If you want responsible service and decent communication, I would urge you to go elsewhere for HVAC installation.All HVAC Services, LLC Response

We completed all jobs passed rough and final inspections by local inspections department.
We received a warranty service call and responded within the GA state alloted time for warranty service. We discovered that all filters had never been changed since Starr up of systems.
This is not a warranty issue, then informed your property manager that we did not have availability to do a maintenance.Customer Response

The contractor's comments are not true. I as owner was asked by my management company to contact All HVAC Services because my management people got absolutely no response from the contractor to their calls, emails, and texts. I then tried to reach them repeatedly over a period of weeks to arrange either warranty work or simply to service the systems if warranty work was not called for. Basically, once they got my money, they wanted nothing more to do with the project. I reiterate: if you have expectations of good follow up, don't use them.All HVAC Services, LLC Response

I will state again we went out on warranty call and found that this was not a warranty issue. We then told the owners property management team that we did not have time at that point to do a maintenance. If i am talking to the property management company that the owner employs then i am speaking with who the owner has put in charge of property maintenace.Review from Mitchell E

ALL HVAC INSTALLED A NEW SYSTEM IN OUR HOUSE SEVERAL MONTHS AGO THAT IS STILL WORKING PERFECTLY. I HAD TO CALL HIM REGARDING ANOTHER ISSUE WITH THE DUCTING A PREVIOUS COMPANY INSTALLED. CORY AND WAYNE FIX THE ISSUE AT NO CHARGE. HOW OFTEN DOES THAT HAPPEN. THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, PLEASANT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE YOUNG MEN.
