The company charged me for ** repair on June 14. My ** continues to blow hot and my domicile is 90 degrees at night with the ** running. It has caused my electricity **** to go up. They came back out but refused to do any other maintenance. I am asking for a refund of my $250 and that this company is put on a watch list for the ****************.Business response

We serviced him thru a Home Warranty claim that he requested for. They have guidelines that we have to follow. He paid us for cleaning his condensers coils because they were super dirty. Which the insurance does not pay for. That is why we told him before proceeding and he agreed for us to perform the required service. The initial visit was on 6/14/22 were we found the dirty coils and that he was low on freon. We did the repairs and the cleaning. Left the property with unit running and functioning correctly. He called back another day that the unit was not cooling. We paid a visit again on 6/22/22 and checked system and found no failures at the time of visit. If we don't find anything wrong what does the homeowner expect us to fix. We are sent there by his home warranty company and we follow their guidelines. If he doesn't like the process he needs to take it up with his warranty company.
