      Contract included removing 16 trees and all debris from premises. ****** was left on street and ****** 's has been contacted twice to no avail. I can have the debris removed, hauled away and street pressure washed for $125.00, so I am requesting this amount to complete the job.

      On Monday December 12, 2022 the ******'s Tree Service was cutting trees in our neighbor's yard located at *************************************************************************. My husband and my address is directly next door at *************************************************************************. My husband and I had, within one month, caused a new blind wood fence to be erected between our property and the neighbor, Mr. *********************** property. The neighbor's tree beeing cut by ******'s was within a very few feet from the shared property line. When cutting a very large branch of the neighbor's tree located within some feet of our joint property line, ******'s workers caused the very tall and multi-branched tree ltrunk, from our neighboir's tree, to crash and fall upon the top of our new wood blind fence, Further, the company's workers proceeded to and did drag the large limb across ournew wood fence, using an front loader. As a result, our new fence was damaged for several feet across the flat top of our blind fence with gashes and broken wood parts. Further the integrity of our fence has been compromised as a result tof the actions of the ******'s workers.The Company was notified, within days of the damages, by my husband and I, via certified and regular mail of the damage caused to our fence by its workers. However ******'s has both failed and or refused to respond to our request, and including the request of our attorney to pay for the damage caused to our new blind wood fence.As a landowner and citizen of the ****************, my husband and I are entitled to be made whole for the damage caused by ******'s negligent workers to our then newly erected blind fence. We are concerned that the company has a good reputation with the citizen's who have used their services, but has failed and our refused to compensate us for the damage, it knows that its workers caused to our property.I may be reached at **************.       For more than a year this company ******'s Professional Tree service continues to place their solicitation flyers in my mailbox. They have a landscaping crew that drives around and places flyers in residents' mailboxes, during one of these unwanted solicitations, a utility bill of mine was removed from my mailbox. When I contacted the company and informed them that it's illegal and a felony crime to place solicitation flyers in residents' mailboxes and remove their mail. I then requested to remove my addresses from their mailing list. ******'s Professional Tree Service is now working with a company named Pay4Leads that is mailing out unsolicited mailings on behalf of ****** as I told them on the phone I would never do business with a business that is stealing residents' mail. Pay4Leads doesn't have a link or number to optout of their solicitations.

      This is the first time we hear about this. We do know  its illegal to open resident's mailbox therefore we have never done this.

      We have always used Pay4leads advertising and its distributed by the post office mail.

      I am rejecting this response because: This are liars!!! their employees were placing their solicitations in mailboxes before they began using Pay4Leads.  Currently as Ive done previously I'm requesting my information be removed from their mailing solicitation list ASAP!! I DO NOT WANT MAILERS, FLYERS, BUSINESS CARDS ANY KIND OF SOLICITATIONS FOR THEIR BUSINESS. If this continues I will file a complaint with local police department and the companies ********************* for unwanted, aggressive solicitations. REMOVE ME FROM YOUR MAILING LISTS!!! 

      Their employees I've encounter either don't speak English or not to well. The ********************** will be contacted as well.

      On 9/24/22 I was given a quote for $2500 to trim four trees in my yard. I had specifically said I wanted anything overhanging the deck and house, but leave the maple tree alone. In January I had finally saved up enough to cover the cost, so I contacted Danilos to get the work done (there was no expiration date on the contract). They come out 1/13 to begin work, and after cutting one limb they try to hustle me into buying them lunch. I refuse, they then try to hustle me out of $100 cash to cut a limb thats part of the contract. They butcher my maple tree, which was NOT part of the contract, and then start packing up without touching the other two trees. They refuse to trim those until I pay $500 additional, buy them lunch OR $200 cash. I refuse. He then cuts me a huge deal and says h*** cut it for an additional $200 on the check. I agree, he cuts two limbs and then says he cant cut anymore or else itll kill the tree. Im done arguing at this point. After they leave, I see damage to my shed and gutters. I report that in an email on 1/14. We schedule for a supervisor to come out 1/17. They cancel 1/17, I put a stop payment on the $2700 check. They no-show 1/20, reschedule for 1/23 and he says that he could bring another crew out to cut more since the job wasnt fulfilled, but that they couldnt trim all the branches over the house/deck because it would kill the trees. I asked why that wasnt explained to me before, since I wouldnt have agreed to the contract then, and he said that insurance will cover the damage if a limb falls anyway. I didnt need to cut those in the first place. So, they agreed to a job they never could have fulfilled without killing my trees, they cut the wrong tree, tried to hustle me out of cash/lunch for the crew, made me lose out on half a days work, damaged my gutters and my shed and now they are charging me $1400 for that privilege. Im furious.

      They have since emailed me the following documents: an invoice for $2500  and a letter stating that they plan to put a lien on my house.  I plan to call tomorrow morning when I'm not working,  but I have responded to all emails and texts so I'm not sure why they're saying I'm not responding.  I had requested written communications so there would be a paper trail,  but I had also requested before that they shred the original check and I'd re-write a new one, but they disregarded all of my requests.

      We have tried to work with customer  and offered different settlements to have a fair resolution but customer has rejected them.
      Customer has clearly stated she does not want to pay.  Free service is not a fair resolution.  If customer continues to refuse to pay well have court to handle and decide.

      I'm not trying to get service for free. I'm trying to pay what's fair considering the damage to my property and the loss of wages and the fact that the contract was never fulfilled in the first place. I have audio recordings of the meeting with *****************************, the project manager, where he is clearly saying that the work wasn't completed and could never be completed without killing my trees. I also have recordings of my attempts to fix this with a female representative of the business who clearly says multiple times that "it's your word against ours" and threatening me with court. She also said it's "standard business practice" to punish negative reviews with more expensive costs, after I said it was shifty that she's offering me the option to avoid court if I pay $1850 and leave the review up or $1700 if I remove the review. That's in direct violation of the Consumer Review Fairness Act. I had also stated that I would pay for services, but that I'm not taking down the reviews. People need to be warned about this business.

      I signed a contract for my lawn to be cut twice per month. I have had to call the office and email multiple times to complain about the large gaps in service. The last time I spoke with the scheduler, I asked if my grass could be cut within the week. She said my next scheduled service was 9/13 but would call me back to see if it could be cut earlier. She never followed up as promised. My grass was also not cut on 9/13 as scheduled.

      I am writing to let people know that ************************ did a good job but they supposed to came back to fill in the sink holes in my yard and I am still waiting on **** to contact me of when hes coming out to do that and the grading of the yard near the trees are not done

      Danilos Professional ***************** cut down 8 trees for me in my backyard, which is fenced in on May 10th 2022 for $4,800. We removed the fence doors off the hinges so that the crew could have access to the yard better and so our fence would not get damaged. When the crew arrived one of the workers asked if they could removed an additional panel from the fence to provide even more space for their equipment. We told them yes as long as they put it back. A gentleman asked for a hammer and I watched as they detached the panel and lifted it out the ground with their bobcat. When they finished they put the panel back,but didnt not level and secure it in the ground properly, which we noticed when we went to put the doors back on. We are unable to close our fence now and currently securing it with a block. Myself and my husband have contacted the company numerous times about the fence and even sent photos. Each time we have called we were told that someone would get back to us and that they would put in a work order. When we were finally given a date for the fence repair no one showed up so we called again. Then we were told the project manager would contact us. Nothing has been done. So on June 15th 2022 I contacted them again this time for a refund of what it would cost to repair the fence seeing they dont seem to care to fix the problem they caused, which I was quoted $325 by the company( all advanced fence)who actually installed our fence. When I spoke to May on the phone at Danilos I was told she would speak to ***** and get back to me by the end of the day. Of course no one got back to me. Its frustrating and exhausting and at this point we just want the refund of $325 to have a reliable company come and fix the fence. We would like to get this issue resolved as soon as possible for it has gone on long enough with nothing, but lies to resolve it by Danilos.

      Dear Danilo's,we have not received the $150 reimbursement were are due from this project..we contracted with you all to have two stumps ground for $150 a piece..we paid you all $300 in advance for this work along with the payment for the tree cutting..when your agent came out to grind the stumps he only ground one ***** because you all left the other tree ***** so tall that he couldn't manage it..therefore we are due a $150 reimbursement for the 2nd tree ***** which was not ground..we have already contacted your project mgr, ****** re: this matter twice..he informed us two weeks ago that a check would be prepared and mailed on Friday Nov 19th..we have as yet received no such check..if you continue to fail to make this reimbursement we will look to legal avenues for remedy **********************/bw

      Danilo"s Professional Tree & Landscaping, cuts trees down for me. Afterward I requested my yard to be graded. The company did grade the yard, but in the process, destroyed my clean out drain pipe. I have been in constant contact with them every since this happen.. The problem has not been solved yet. I have spoken with Liz and also Mario the project manager many times. Promises are always made, but nothing is ever done. This issue need to be handled as soon as possible. Please assist.

      Tree crew was doing a job in my neighbors yard, and decided to jump the fence in my neighbors yard and remove seven trees in my backyard. Eliminating every ounce of privacy that I had in my backyard 4 magnolia trees And 2 Oak trees Were removed from my yard. They were over 30 feet high each. I have never had a contract with this company or paid them any amount of money.
