      In September of 2022, I visited Hardy **** in ********** to place an order for a vehicle. I worked with *********************** Sales Mgr who was very rude and unprofessional when I asked questions about the process. She charged a $500 deposit to my credit card and I received no order confirmation email for my order. In January, February, March and April of 2023 I sent several emails to *********************** requesting the status on the order and advising that I DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION FROM ****** with CONFIRMATION that my order had been submitted. ************* was uncooperative, irritated and insisted that she has nothing to do with order confirmation and unwilling to provide confirmation until I had left several messages and emails. In July of 2023, the day the **** order banks opened, I received an email from ***** stating, "... **** is still scheduling for the 2023 model year, however; when the model year is balanced out (no more scheduling for 2023 production) we will refund your $500 deposit. Unfortunately, since we have been unable to meet your customer service expectations, we think it would be best for all parties involved if you found another dealership to handle your**** Maverick order.Your model year rollover pricing protection will be available at the dealership of your choice." I contacted FMC as well as the dealer, spoke with ********************* - Finance Mgr. who said "***, WE DON'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS WE WILL SEND YOU YOUR MONEY IN THE MAIL" and hung up on me. When I attempted to call back, he refused my calls. As of August 23, 2023 my order has been CANCELLED and I have yet to receive my deposit back. It is alleged that this business has a notorious reputation for discrimination. I'm inclined to agree. I want the 2023 price for a **** to be honored and for Hardy to facilitate that through FMC. I want my deposit back with interest as they held onto it with the intent to not fulfill my order or roll it over to my****.
