My Name is ************************* and I am a 67 year old disabled man and my wife is 68 and also disabled. On April 30 2024 at about 1:30 in the afternoon, I got a knock on my door from a man telling me he noticed the shared driveway was in really bad shape and he could help. He said it will be as good as asphalt and will last for a long time. He said his work was 100% guaranteed. I should have known I was dealing with a scam artist because I had trouble getting a price from him. He never gave me a firm cost stating that it depended on some formula which made no sense to me. I kept asking for a firm price and he said don't worry I will treat you fairly. I told *************** that I was concerned that possibly an ambulance of firetruck could have trouble getting to my home in an emergency. While we were talking at my front door, I could hear his equipment running on my road. He is a fast, smooth talker and I think he saw us as a target of oppertunity. I was led by *************** to believe it would cost between $1,500 and $2,000. As it stands now, it was not worth the price of what ever gravel he put down. I was concerned emergency equipment could not get through. I explained all of this to him and in my opinion he did this to us with a clear conscience. He is in that business so I honestly thought he knew what he was doing. His work failed after the first big rain. Move ahead from 4/30/2024 to today 8/7/2024 and the road is in almost as bad a shape as it was before. I have repeatedly called *************** and in the early days, he would answer and tell me we are on a job somewhere else and he would get to it quickly. Now my calls are going unanswered. His invoice clearly states they guarantee their work. They do not stand behind their work. I want a full refund so I can hire a professional company to do this job correctly. My suggestion to anyone who may consider **** Paving for a project, please get a firm price and check references.Initial Complaint

Date June 26, 2023 Paid $9,000.00 Was to resurface driveway with same surface which was *********** Did not put down chip gravel but #7 stone and not enough tar. I have a layer of loose gravel all over the driveway and some has washed off down to the county road. Also left 6 large oil spots in the driveway.Have contacted them 6 times and many calls not answered. They have made one visit to the site and insist nothing is wrong, I have all of this documented.There is no account/order/tracking - just an invoice with no number other than contact number ************.Initial Complaint

12/13/2021 ************************* came by our house and offered to pave part of our driveway for $1800.00. We asked him several times if it was crush and run, and he said no that after he put it down it would be as hard as the road in front of our house. It is still just black crumble asphalt not hard road surface. We have called him several times and he came out once, and ran his pick-up truck back and forth over the driveway, which did not help at all. His ***** # is *******. We hope you can help with this matter. We don't think he should take advantage of people. thank you ***************************
