On the morning of January 29th, 2024 while moving a vehicle from the premises of ***********************************************, the driver of the truck messed up the lawn of the property directly across the street at ***********************************************. I took and submitted some of the pictures. Please see some pictures attached. A call was made to the company and spoken to ******. The owner of the property at *********************************** conjunction to pictures captured by my front door video camera.I would appreciate a call back or someone coming out to see and fix the damages as soon as possible. I hope this is a reputable company and do not anticipate this matter going any further than it needs to. Thanks in anticipation for your speedy reply.Initial Complaint

We were involved in an accident in ******* in February 2023. *** Roadside Assistance told us they would remove my "specialty" license plate and mail it to us the next day. We live in Middle ********* so we greatly appreciated that gesture. We have contacted this company multiple times in the last month being told they would mail the tag that day or ASAP. State Farm has contacted them multiple times and were told the same thing. I was told yesterday by the owner they have no idea where my tag is and just to do what I have to do to take care of the problem. They lied to me every phone call and lied to State Farm (who had them listed as a reputable towing company).Initial Complaint

My vehicle was towed after a traffic stop, I go retrieve my vehicle and it doesnt turn. They tell me they have to jump it and bring it to my house, I say ok. Later that night they tell me they cant start it because my battery is completely dead and I need a new one. They offer $125 to replace the battery and I accept as I just want my vehicle back at this time. Batteries dying in tow is not uncommon, I assume thats why they offered to pay for a new one. As im going from store to store I realize the lowest price is $175 and I refuse to pay out of my pocket for a problem I didnt create. They told me my battery needed to be replaced anyway, so they wouldnt be offering another $50. I explain that it was running perfectly fine before they towed it from the traffic stop, and I didnt intend on paying more than the $275 they charged me to release my vehicle. I post a review on ****** stating my experience and they reply back basically saying they werent responsible for road worthiness of my car, along with exactly what my traffic stop entailed, which wasnt at all necessary but in their eyes would make others question the reliability of my claims. I was going to pay for the labor needed to fix my vehicle, this is how much I was willing to work with them to resolve the issue, now they are completely refusing accept any responsibility for my cars repairs.Initial Complaint

The company *** roadside accept the job from the insurance company to tow my vehicle. I stated what was wrong the vehicle. He hooked up the vehicle and didnt take any pictures. After hooking it up, I guess he was driving quickly because I didnt see when made the Uturn. The driver which is the owner drove not even 2 miles and damage my vehicle. He then, contacted me letting me know that vehicle tires had came off and they went into the *****. He also stated what road he was on. He calls back and states sorry I got the wrong number. So, I drive to the location and see the truck had been dragged on the road because of the white marks. His driver pulls up in a rollback. So Im more than sure he was calling his driver to hurry before we get to the location to make it seem like it wasn't bad. When I get down to look at the truck I see gas leaking from the bottom of the tank on the ground at a consistent speed. I contact the insurance company letting them know the tow company *** roadside damage my vehicle. The representative from my insurance stated I would need to get the tow company insurance info to file a report since the truck was in possession hooked up and should cover because he should have the coverage for damage customer property.
