I brought a account from them and it turned out to be a duplicated in that situation the account got banned permanently so I know they scammed not just me but everybody that has brought one from them *************** are scamming people now theyre acting as if they did nothing wrong if they wouldve told me it was a duplication I wouldnt have got itBusiness response

I purchased a vehicle on May 29, 2022, a 2009 Land Rover Range Rover from this dealership. The vehicle was returned to the dealership on December 1, 2022 because the dealership was unable to provide the title to have the car registered for the tags on the car. The dealership sold me a 2008 Land Rover LR3 that has had severe mechanical issues since the its been in my possession. I have requested a full refund for the return of the vehicle but the dealer is refusing. I have had the vehicle for less than a week.Initial Complaint

$6000 + on a car loan that was not worth it, when my daughter purchased her first car there were things on the car that did not work, and they took advantage of her that she didn't know what she was doing This vehicle literally stopped the week of purchasing it, the radio never worked when we called they pretended they didn't know that was an issue, but I was told by them that this is there get around town car so how didn't they know, the backup camera never worked my daughter spent $1000 just to get the radio to work and then literally the next 2 days it started to over heat and now its sitting in my driveway and won't move.What I would like to resolve this issue is to take back this car that has major issues and get rid of the loan because they knew that there was issues and was not upfront.Initial Complaint

I brought a car from them and I was told that they did a emission test on the car which they couldn't have done because I only had the car for two days so I took it to a mechanic and got a diagnostic test done on it and the results of what is wrong with the car was four pages long so theirs no way they did a emission test on the vehicle so that's illegal and I feel like I was scammed
