I'm out $640. placed an order last year for treads that never arrived. Believed the company when they said they would be coming but they never did. Now it is too late to dispute the charge. I think they are out of business now.

They took my money via AFFIRM and I still have no product nor a response. I've been waiting for 3 months. I filed a complaint with the GA Attorney General. AFFIRM is also complicit in this scam. Watch out!!

I'm having the same experience as the rest of you. I placed an order for stair treads in February 2024 and have not received the order. No one at the company will respond to my emails and their voicemail box is full, so I can't leave a message.

By the way, Dean Stair Treads, LLC doesn't even deserve one star, but in order to warn others about this company I had to give them at one. DO NOT ORDER STAIR TREADS FROM THIS COMPANY! After ordering the stair treads, you will not hear back at all. On January 11, 2024 I purchased the stair treads from Dean Stair Treads with a promise that my order would arrive within 6 weeks. Regrettably, I should have checked reviews or should I say complaints prior to placing an order. All of the complaints on here are spot on with the same issues that I’m having with them. I’ve called them several times, the voicemail asks to leave a message but the voicemail is full and disconnects you. I’ve emailed them several times, almost daily without a peep back from them!

Ordered a set of Stair Treads 3 months ago and never received them, nor was able to reach anyone by phone or email to get an estimated delivery date. I had purchased a similar product several years ago from the company and did receive it. However, this time around I was charged on the same day as my order was placed, but never heard back from the company after multiple attempts.

Not sure why these people haven't been investigated & prosecuted by the Georgia Attorney General. I realize that each case may not be grand theft & might be considered chump change in the hierarchy of criminal behavior but, come on. How many honest customers have to be screwed out of their hard-earned money before somebody does something to stop it? There's about 20 complaints on this site. I can guarantee there are many more. I lost my money to Dean a few years back. Same story as everybody else here. Almost word for word. Good old Kiley & Angela keep going & stealing money from unsuspecting customers. My report is no longer here for some reason. Then, a couple of years ago I found the same stair treads I originally wanted when Dean Carpet stole my money. I ordered them from Faith, Hope, & Love Fashions, and actually received nice quality stair treads. Guess who? Yup. All the information sent w/ the treads were from Dean. I must've been the lucky winner that year. I needed more treads last November. Faith, Hope, & Love Fashions were nowhere to be found. Not surprised. I did find Stair Grippers & they had financing through Affirm. I had a sneaking suspicion it was just Dean by another name but I decided to give it a try because I have had only good experiences w/ companies using Affirm. You guessed it. Stair Grippers is Dean. Our good "Christian" buddies Kiley & Angela were up to their old tricks. This round I didn't waste any time. Once I realized who/what I was dealing w/ I contacted Affirm. I placed the order in November, filed a dispute w/ Affirm in December, and had resolution in January. I did not lose any money, just time. Affirm refunded the payment I had already made. I wish I could tell everyone looking for stair treads, runners, etc. to look at the fine print and ensure you are not dealing with Dean in any capacity. Do not pay cash. Use a reputable card or payment source that will represent you & get your money back when it is stolen. Because it will be.

Website wasnt working to place the order. I called, and was directed to pay via paypal through an email they sent me. Received an order number placed jan 9th. Its is feb 5th, still havent received shipping confirmation, or the treads. Ive called multiple times, no answer, left voicemail, no call backs, their voicemail is now full. I have sent probably over a dozen emails, with only 2 generic replies from them stating, every order is custom made, and ill receive shipping information shortly. Im extremely upset. And will contact paypal to cancel order. Per deans website, it states all sales are final.

Placed an order for stair treads and runner in October 2023. Charge card was billed and paid but still have not received items. When reaching out to them in late November, I was told that the items were back ordered but they were expecting a shipment within 2 weeks. The past 2 emails and phone message (late Dec./early Jan.) have gone unanswered so today I sent and email to cancel the order and refund my payment. On a side note, I ordered runners from them in 2020 and even though it took longer than their quoted time, I did receive the treads which were of good quality. I don't know what has happened to the company recently but would suggest that you stay away from this company in the future.

This company stole $198.74 from me after failing to fulfill my order. I was promised a refund more than a month ago. They do not answer their phones.

Placed order.. unfortunately before reading reviews. Over a month now, show in fulfillment. Website says delivery in 1-3 business days. Contacted them by email, phone, message.. no return communication! Luckily I used Affirm finance and stopped any payments before going out. Now I’m just dealing with affirm to cancel the loan. No money lost though. AS OTHER REVIEWS MENTION. Appears to be big scam. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
