    The reason for this complaint is based on a series of events that have occurred since the signing of my lease agreement with your company. 1. Deceptive presentation of the apartment: When my brother ********************************* initially visited the apartments at Pointe Grand Dawsonville, he was shown a model apartment guided by you, which I observed via video call. You, *********************** (Manager), assured us that it faithfully represented the units available in the same price range. However, upon moving in on Thursday, March 28th, to the apartment we had agreed to rent, I discovered significant differences that were not previously mentioned. We made the decision not to unload our belongings until we could receive the apartment in the conditions shown to us. The assistant only informed me about ********************** but did not detail the structural changes that affected the functionality and design of the space, such as lower kitchen cabinets and the lack of them in the bathrooms, among other relevant aspects.2. Neglect of the contract and lack of response: In response to this situation, I sought to resolve the problem immediately by trying to contact *********************** (Manager). However, I was met with an unacceptable response from your company. The manager was on vacation, and no alternative recourse was provided to address my concern in a timely and effective manner. This lack of attention significantly impacted my ability to settle into the apartment properly and resulted in additional expenses and inconvenience, as I had to stay in a hotel while awaiting a solution.3. Dishonest business practices: Despite having expressed my desire to cancel the lease agreement, return the keys, and having formally communicated this, I can still access the portal and view the current contract. Additionally, I have not yet received the $350 security deposit, nor have I been reimbursed for the days of rent for the month of March.
