      10/29/2022 $7658.58 COST OF REPAIRS AND RENTAL CAR REINBURSMENT BILLY BALLEW SOLD ME A CAR THAT WAS A LEMON, WHICH COULD HAVE CAUSE ME DEATH OR SIGNIFCANT INJURIES.I REACH OUT TO BILLY BALLEW WHO WAS VERY RUDE AND DID NOT CARE TO HELP ME AT ALL OR EXPLAIN WHY HE SOLD ME A BAD CAR AND HE ALSO HUNG UP ON ME AND THREATEN ME IF I WENT TO THE NEWS STATION HE WOULD *** ME. HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOW TO SELL ANYMORE CARS EVER.

      To whom it may concern,


      The customer had the car inspected by a Third party dealership and passed the inspection with flying colors, the loan also included a warranty that is still in good standing. We are truly sorry that the vehicle had an issue, but we sold the car by Georgia law "AS-IS" with all paperwork and contracts showing this. ****************** did reach out to us threatening and overall being rude about the situation. I called on numerous times to try to hear her side of the story and explain what the warranty covered and what it did not. This was also explained to her during the sales transaction. 


      We have no control on how the car was taken care of or was driven when it leaves our car lot. 
      ****************** has done nothing but threaten, cuss and harass us.


       As far as selling her a "Lemon" the vehicle had a clean Carfax and Autocheck report which clears it of any Lemon Law status with a Carfax buyback guarantee.


      We are a completely transparent company that posts the Carfax to every car sold as well as to allow time to have a car inspected if the customer chooses to do so. Again, we are sorry if the customer had a bad experience but cannot help at this time due to Georgia Implied Warranty Liability Laws.

      Dec 20 th the dealer charged my credit card ******. Have a receipt and it does not specify that it was for anything. ****** acted shady and we did not want to buy car and he refused to give my money back when w asked for it back the same day. Now he is lying saying he paid someone to ship a car that I never bought. I want my ****** back. Even was told to ask for it back but when I called yesterday they refused. They need to be shut down for this

      To whom it may concern,

      The above mentioned consumer was charged $450.00 for transport of the purchased unit to the address of the buyer. Billy Ballew Motorsports had to reserve then pay in advance the transport company since the customer wanted a rushed delivery. The consumer was advised of the situation on several occasions before charging her CC that she gave to us for payment of said transport. 

       

      AT the last hour the customer called and said they had a "Family emergency" and had to cancel the vehicle purchase, at this point I told them that we could not get our/ her money back since it was so last minute. 

       

      The customer has since disputed the CC charge and at this time we decided to accept the dispute to her CC company, even though we are well within our rights. We at Billy Ballew Motorsports would like to just move on from this customer.

      Paid ****. Cash down on a 2017 jeep on June 8,2022 with a warranty got a bank to finance *****.. Five days and only approximately 120 miles later rear-end broke. Manager has like now 4 different times about fixing vehicle and about warranty. He needs to turn in a paper for warranty company to start process and he still hasn't. I had jeep towed to car lot and ********* still hasn't fulfilled agreement. I am discouraged I can't enjoy what I worked hard to get

      Sold me a truck, the next day check engine light came on and the rear end sounds like it falling out. Emission system needs fixed which legally they cant sell that vehicle. They took the truck to fix it kept it for a week and only cleared the codes. Light came right back on. So now they have it AGAIN. Gave me a loaner truck, now they called cussing me and threatening me to bring back loaner and they arent doing anything with the truck to fix it, Ive lost a ton on money. Not to mention my ***** bought a car the same day and the same thing happened to him. They cussed him and called his wife an idiot.

      The car was sold as is as per the contract 

      Customer had a police report filed on him because of his behavior.

      We 
      are currently working to resolve the matter under the arbitration agreement that both parties agreed too.

      Any other information is limited because of the privacy policy that both parties entered with each other.

      Me and my finance have bought 4 cars from them and the first one started throwing codes within a hour of leaving Carlot so it was under warranty took it to dealership it was a sensor ok so then got it back do e the same thing took it to another mechanic and it was something tondo with the emission so then they took it back and they put us in a 2012 dodge ram **** with a warranty ok after 2 payments were made changed the oil then a knocking was in the top end of motor warranty did not cover the motor so **** out of pocket for this bought a 2013 dodge Durango it has electrical problems so the 2012 dodge ram was traded in for a commercial vehicle in 3 hours of leaving the lot filled it up with diesel fuel throwed a code and showed no fuel after ****** was put in it. Called them told them they said bring it in on Sunday took it in explained to them that we could not afford to fix it and pay a note when they took the diesel fuel cap off it shot 4 ft of fuel on the ground they said they would send it to the ***** dealer in Gainesville and pay to have it fixed they were suppose to call to let us know didn't call so on 04-28-22 it quiet on the side of the road on 04-28-22 they said they would texted a number for a wrecker didn't do that then on 04-29-22 @ 7:30 am said they would not pay to have it fixed and that we could not get put in something else I went to the ****** spoke to the salesman that we talked to on Sunday and he had told us that he would not leave us hanging and when we figured out what was going on to call him and let him know now it's gonna come **** for just parts not counting labor I believe this Carlot is saying junk to people and not standing behind there work and the warranty does not take care of anything all.we had asked is either fix it or put us in something different t cause there was a **** put down the salesman ********* was very rude and pretty much said we were stuck with it I really would like to see this Carlot shut down etc

      My father and I recently purchased a used 2016 Jeep Patriot through them with 67k miles that we were told by ***** came with a 10,000-mile advance warranty on 02/17/2022 and had said vehicle delivered on 02/18/2022 by a young woman by the name of ******* who brought with her some paperwork that she stated we needed to sign before they could release the vehicle to us. Upon reading through the paperwork before signing anything my father and I found a waiver sneakily hidden that essentially if signed would waive our warranty/service contract. Upon finding said waiver we informed ******* that we would sign everything but said waiver to which she informed us that if all of the paperwork was not signed that they would not release the vehicle to us, and that the dealership would keep our $3,500.00 down payment and cancel the sale. This obviously wasn't an option for us considering my father would lose his job without this vehicle and in such we were bullied into waiving the warranty on the vehicle we had just purchased only for said vehicle to start having multiple mechanical issues within a week and a half or so after being bullied into signing said waiver sticking us with the repair **** for a vehicle, they most likely knew in advance was faulty before selling it to us which is most likely why they forced the issue of the waiver so that they would have to deal with reimbursing us for the repair ****. Also, we were supposed to be receiving tags for the vehicle, but they have never arrived and upon attempting to contact the dealership about the tags/license plate they said were in the mail we discovered that they have for some reason blocked both my father's number and my number and when attempting to contact them from a neighbor's phone or the phone at my father's workplace they hung up on us after realizing who called and then blocked those numbers as well.

      I tried to purchase a truck from Billy Ballew on 12/10/2021. I was told I was approved and put down a $500.00 down payment and traded in my current vehicle. After four days of driving the vehicle I purchased I was contacted by Billy Ballew and was told they were having a hard time getting me approved and that I may have to bring the vehicle back. On the morning of 12/17/2021 I returned the vehicle I tried to purchase and the dealership returned my my vehicle I intended to trade in. While I was at the dealership I was informed by the finance manager that they were not going to refund my $500.00 deposit to me. I have family members whom work in the car business and they informed me that the dealership not returning my $500.00 deposit was illegal. I have a tried to reach out to Billy Ballew in an attempt to have my down payment refunded. Their response was "Too Bad" and "Good Luck". I have contacted an attorney and they agree that their actions are indeed illegal. I have also contacted the Secretary of ************* in regards to this matter. Any help you can afford me will be greatly appreciated. Also, please feel free to contact me should you need any further information to me.       I had posted a complaint about Billy Ballew Motorsports and they have made restitution.
