I purchased my Argo on 6/15/2022. The total cost was $31186.55. I currently have a 3 year warranty on the unit.I had a terrible experience with this dealership. After I purchased my new argo , I had to deal with constant repairs on the unit. I'm unable to take it to their dealership because I'm so far away, so I've had to take it to the dealership closer to me. On one of the repairs, the technician from their dealership walked me through the repair over the phone, and I did it exactly the way he told me. But after the repair, The Argo continued to act up. So I took it to the dealership close to me to find out what was wrong. They told me that because of the repair I did. Previously, it caused it to act up and cause more damage to it rather than fix it. I am out of $750 because of this incident. I contacted the owner of the dealership, and he got verbally aggressive over the phone. So I just wanted to tell customers about my personal experience. He refused to help me with the repair costs.

As you mentioned, you do have a 3 year warranty from Argo. Also as you stated, this was due a repair YOU did.  YOU damaged your own vehicle.  Argo can not and will not cover it. You tried to extort me for money by threatening bad reviews.

I am rejecting this response because:
The business told me exactly how to perform the repair. And I did exactly that they told me. He walked me through it over the phone. And told me. It would not need to go to a Argo dealer. Because it was a simple fix. Then when I contacted him in regards about this matter. He told me don't worry about it. Just have the repair shop, call them and they will take care of the bill. That was a complete lie. And then he threatened to me and got verbal.  Aggressive over the phone.I recorded the conversation over the phone.
      Sincerely,

After an authorized **** center (in your area) investigated your claim, it was discovered that you had installed a battery not intended or approved by ****. If you had followed directions, this would not be an issue.

I am rejecting this response because: I agree, and I'm not denying the fact that I installed the battery but I did exactly what they told me. They wanted to save me a trip to an authorized dealer. Because they said this is something simple and that it could be corrected with the certain battery that I installed. And I did it over the phone and video with their Tech. They showed me how to do it. And I did it exactly the way they told me. They misled me and that's why I'm very upset. When I told him that it was the battery that caused the malfunction. He told me over the phone that he would take care of the matter and that I would not have to be out-of-pocket. But then when they got the bill, he decided to not honor what he told me over the phone.

      Sincerely,

I purchased a 2008 Lexus LS for my mom for Xmas at Primary Auto group for ********* took the car for test drive noticed noise coming from the back of the car advised **** the sales guy he looked in the trunk and advised me its coming from the tire thats not mounted I asked for current emission they advised me they will pay for it but it does not have one. The car was delivered to my home by their transport guy they failed to provide the drive out tag so I was not able to get the car to the shop till 12/10 the shop owner completed the emission and did all over diagnostic found that major transmissions torque converter I contacted **** asked for my money back because of the issue at hand he advised me he would not that I need to take it to a shop and get details on whats wrong and call him back I provided all details then he advised me to bring the car to then to check I had to get the car towed 80 miles paying 350$ on 12/15 he told me they will check the car and call in the morning. He called the same night once yrs car was dropped off and said I drove the car and theres nothing wrong with it without trying to identify the issue by putting it on the rack to see the burn transmission fluid the oil leak and the addl things that the shop foremans/owners advised. I asked him to please wait to take a more thorough look at the car as he promised and call me tomorrow. This is disheartening and sad how do you sell a car with having a major transmission issue that cost ***** plus to be fixed. Can you please help me get my money back ? Please review the shop remarks as **** as for and now being rude and hard to deal with given this situation. Thank you for your help and time!!

Customer sent vehicle to us, we inspected and found the transmission is in normal working condition. The vehicle is in great condition considering miles and year model.
