They were assigned and paid through our warranty company. From Saturday our unit was out, we had to wait until Monday after 2pm for someone to ***** the issue. Not until late Wednesday the electrician (**************** who they contracted from another company but we were pleased with his work and his next day follow up. He also said the issue was critical and the house couldve burnt down, pic attached. However, the unit was not pumping heat and we had to sleep yet another winter night in the freezing cold whilst pregnant. Here we are, Thursday still living in unbearable conditions. ******, the unprofessional rep had a horrible attitude with my husband, and raised her voice saying we will have to wait another week with snow in the forecast. I had to get on the call to ask her to lower her voice so we could have a civil conversation. I explained our frustration and she still carried on in the same manner, said she would call our warrant comp to cancel our contract because she couldnt simply task someone to stop by and change a fuse -But conveniently after they would still get paid for majority of the job. Beyond applauded by her lack of understanding and professionalism. I wouldnt recommend this company for their horrendous customer service, communication, and delay resolution. Just dealing with ****** gives them a negative 5 stars.
