I visited the ******** center on January 11, 2023 for an alignment on my 2015 ***** Traverse. My appointment was at 10:00am and I arrived at 10:10am.My appointment was booked on CarAdvise which is a third party vendor platform that give discounted services for customers that participate in ride share services and these shops are to honor the prices that they agree to perform their services for. ****** the guy who checked my car gathered my keys and communicated that the car will need to be dropped off at a near by shop where they would actually perform the service and it would take a little over an hour. My car and ****** departed around 13:30am and I waited patiently for them to do the service and return my car. Around 12:30 pm begin asking ****** to check on the status of my car and that when ***(the owner) started to communicate and told he would go pick up the car and have someone to do so. Avi called the other shop(*************** ***************************************) and asked was the 2015 ***** Traverse was ready for pick up. *** said that my car was ready and ot should not br long before my car was back at the **** location Shop. 45 Minutes later *** is still walking around and I asked ****** what was the hold up. ****** said that I should speak with *** and that he was with another customer. I flagged down Avi and asked was he going to get my vehicle because it now 1:30 pm and I've been here since a little after 10am. He stalled for another 20 to 30 minutes and finally pulled off. My car finally arrived around 2:15/2:30pm. Upon me getting my car back and cranking it to leave it would not start. Before visiting this shop I have never had any major problems with the car because I keep all scheduled maintenance up to date. I went back inside the shop and told ****** that my car would not start. He said that he was with another customer at the moment and that I should talk to the owner ***. Mind you *** never returned after pulling off from going to get my originally. Another one of the shop mechanics came back in my car. Once the Mechanic realized that my car was not starting he actually tried to tell me that my car didn't have enough gas to start as an excuse. ****** basically begin avoiding saying that i should speak with *** and that he will be back in 30 minutes. This was around 3pm and and had no other choice but to sit there since my car was not mobile. *** returned around 3:35 pm acting as if he was so busy that he couldn't speak with me at the moment. Instead of waiting around on him I called Car Advise and begin to explain this these same cases of events to rep from Car Avise. The name of this rep I didn't not remember at the time. It was several mechanics that came over to check on my car and begin telling me that I needed a new starter for my car and that they could perform the services. I checked with my dealer to see if my warranty was still active and it wasn't. After about sitting there for 2 hours mybcar fininally started and I was able to drive off. After getting my car back on the road I realized it was driving worse than before the alignment and pulling further to the left. And shaking terribly. The next day January 12, 2023 I hear a loud scrubbing from the rear tire that I had never experienced either and called then back(****** answered) to asked about the services and explained sound I was hearing. He told me to bring it back and that they would inspect the car. I took my car to Good Year instead for an inspection on the tires, brakes, and the Alignment. Good Year is located ******************** the inspection took around 2 and a half hours to complete. Good Year said the only thing was needed was a hub bearing replaced and gave me quote for that service. Something in my spirit still didn't not settle due to the way was car driving and the sounds I was hearing. February 21, 2023 I was scheduled for an oil change and another inspection at *** Boys located ******************. After my service was complete the mechanic on duty told me that i needed an alignment, there was a cv axle leak, and instructed me to takr the car back to wjereninhad my service performed prior to bringing it there. Unfortunatley, after the auto clinic I have come up with a cv axle leak, I was charged for an alignment that they did not do nor complete the service for, and I have had a starter replaced since my visit there. These guys have sabotaged my car in order for me to pay them more money for something they're trying to manipulated. I will be taking them to court if they dont correct these errors. These are are evil fark beings taking advantage of people they feel as though they can get over on.Now after taking my car back to get realigned and allowing Auto Clinic to do there inspection. Now ****** has diagnosed a motor mount replacement that needs to be repaired. I had already mentioned to ****** and *** both that my car was not driving nor sounding right after they completed there service and he assist on this wear and tear is normal. This shop needs to be exposed and something needs to be done. I would like for them to correct the errors they've put in place in order to lude money out of woman. I won't my car fixed and corrected with the error they put in place. After returning yesterday ******* the mechanic got in my car and shifted all gears back and forth while his foot was on the breaks and think I didn't see him. This shop is not right and I would like my car to fixed because these problems arose after visiting them.
