I took my vehicle to this establishment to get a oil change no oil was put back into my vehicle 2 days later my engine started knocking and the engine went out so they picked my vehicle up from my home and towed it back to there store they have had my vehicle for over a month engine replaced now but the car is not going into gear I would like my money back for oil change but also for being out a car for a month having to do Ubers to get to and from work and get my daughter to day care no rental was ever provided to me for the company and I want my vehicle fixed correctly .Initial Complaint

Did not fixed my AC issues. Provided temporary solutions that required me to return multiple times (More than 4). After almost $1000 for a service that should have corrected my AC. I will now have to pay double to have my car properly serviced somewhere else. In 2022 I came here for a diagnostics & was told I needed a new compressor. I waited and shopped around for prices. This was due to the fact that **************** here was awful, and I didnt want to return. Plus Summer was ending & I didnt need AC. Moving forward to Spring 2023. After seeing the sign for ladies day specials. I called and was very pleased with the new manager, her explanation of cleaning house, & that my information was still in the system. I informed her of the repair I was told I needed by Precision *********** confirmed. The system showed I needed a new compressor based on the previous diagnostics. I went in and they finished the service within a few hours. During payment I said So I shouldnt have any issues with my air after this right? The manager said well, you shouldnt. 1 month later the air stopped blowing cool. I went back in they said whoever did my repair didnt put enough Freon in. Another month goes by and the same thing happens. Now they say they dont know why because I had no leaks or anything. Then they tell me oh you need a new condenser. It should have been replaced with the compressor. Why wasnt this mentioned when I called about the initial repair? When I called and asked about the diagnostic I received here, why was it not mentioned that something other than just the compressor needed replacing? Whether intentional thievery or lack of experience, someone needs to be held accountable.Initial Complaint

I took my *** X3 to get an oil change on Friday 3/22 and less than 24hrs later, all of the oil was running out of my vehicle and my vehicle shut off mid driving and wouldnt start again. I had it towed back to the location of my oil change that they never did. After trying to track down the district manager, he stated he would look at it and call me back. After a day or so of him doing a diagnostic he stated my vehicle may have already been leaking oil but it wasnt. I mentioned shouldnt that be listed on my paperwork. No where does it state any oil was leaking. Id just purchased this vehicle and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Ive tried to come to a resolution to get my vehicle back running but its confirmed by another auto repair shop that my engine is now locked due to them not putting any oil back in my vehicle. I am currently in a lawsuit with this business as they will not get away with doing this. Ive heard so many stories of this business not honoring their word or doing honest business and trying to find the cheap way out. My vehicle was just purchased with no issues and not even 30 days later, I dont have a running car. I will not stop until this business has reimbursed me for blowing my engine due to negligence.
