April 8 In class I was getting a pedicure and so I pulled my phone out because there was no instructions be given or class wasn't in session, plus ******** let's us always be on our phone. *ut that day her worker MS. * asked me to get of my phone was I was confused but I put it up. 10min later I was asked to leave and I didn't understand why because I put my phone up, that resulted in me getting really frustrated and I said the f*** under my breath. So April 11 I got an email I'm terminated from the school, I was one week away from graduation and I was so upset because I lose my money and all the months I spent. She has cameras in her building to prove that I wasn't on my phone. So I contacted her multiple times and got no response and was blocked. I'm only 18 so I was very confused on what to do. *ut finally after having my parents call n email multiple times she called us in for a meeting. In the meeting she said she will not release my hours and made very rude remarks against ******* family and again there is proof through the cameras of how we were treated. *ut as she has stated she will not let me be in the school. So I have asked her multiple times to just transfer my hours to my other school but she has called them to slander my name in hopes they won't accept me and had made fake transcripts with fake number and not releasing my real hours and test. She has blocked me once again and I'm not sure what to do. She wrongfully terminated me and I've tried to go to another school but she just won't let me.Business response

Sure, On April 12, ********************* was terminated from our program due to Disorderly conduct and failure to comply with the rules and regulations of our organization.
We met with Laiba and her father on April 13, 2022 to discuss the issues at hand and to discuss a video that Laiba had posted to social Media which promoted harassment towards our school. During the meeting we verified that Laiba cursed at the teacher because the instructor had asked her to put aways her phone while on the clinic floor. Laiba knew very well that the phone was not permitted because she had been terminated for a situation such as this before. Her lashing out caused concerns of fellow students as well as customers.
After the meeting Laiba agreed to transfer to school. After receiving a written request we transferred her hours to her new school.
Our organization is State certified, which means we are held liable to the rules and regulations of the state which are outlined in our student catalog.
Laiba violated the student code of conduct which is why she has been terminated.
Laiba may not receive a refund on tuition paid due to our school refund policy.
Laiba has received this information and has acknowledged her receipt by signing the enrollment contact.
I have attached all pertinent information as well as a video of the meeting between Laiba and her Father for your records.
