I brought the car from ***** who was a dealer for big choice auto LLC on December 30th 2021. At the time of purchase ***** had informed me that everything was good to go with the car including all the paperwork's he did informed that the vehicle needed a balance and rotation. I didn't receive a temporary tag from ***** until sometime in January 2022 and I wasn't able to drive the car until sometime in February because I had to wait for insurance to cover the car. Once the first temporary tag was expired I attempted to register and get a license plate for the car but I wasn't able to dues to the dealership not processing any of the paperwork needed I contacted ***** about this and he told me he would have it resolved. Skip forward to 1 or 2 weeks I went to get the car registered again and they told me the same thing ***** put me in contact with the person responsible for handling the paperwork and that person sent me another temporary tag while he's having the paperwork sorted skip forward to a couple weeks he tells me that the paperwork has been filled and I should be able to get the car registered and so once that tag had expired I went to get it registered but the same issue was still there but the courthouse issued me my final temporary tag and now that one is expired the dealership has refused to help me with this matter in anyway. I contacted ***** regarding issues the car had that he did not tell me about for example needing a knock sensor and new axles he informed me that all deals were final and that there was nothing he could do I have tried to get a title for the car but due to the fact it had a rebuilt title in another state I was unable to get one unless the car had a salvage inspection done and so in conclusion ***** and big auto LLC sold me a broken car with no paperwork and no title for $4000 I am looking to get compensated or at least have them repair the car in order for me to be able to use it.
