I purchased (2) recommended products totaling over $700.00 and neither one are working properly. I have called and texted the owner several times over a course of 2 weeks from my personal and work number and never received a response. I then reached out from a number that he didnt recognize or had saved and then he responded. He gave me some story about his phone being lost. I then made him aware again of the problems and issues I was having with the products sold to me. He then advised he would take a look into it and get back with me for resolution. No call. No text. So I then tried calling and texting him again, still no answer and no reply. So yesterday June 27th, I had someone text him inquiring about a service and he replied. So then I texted him back from that number advising it was me and he stopped responding. This morning, June 28th, I called both contact numbers I had for him and now they are both disconnected!Initial Complaint

I have ******************************* ****** (he had me send it to ************************************* I had issue sending to him. I have a picture of the two together from a ******** post) and he said he would help me repair my credit. I gave him very perosnal information. My social security number, access to my credit report and other sensitive information such as date of birth, address and more. After a while about a week or little over he blocked my client login in information. The he stopped answering my text and calls. He blocked me from ********. He took off with my 350 and Im a single mom who is trying to get my credit repaired which he claimed to do.I want a refund. My ****** back.
