Aveeno was hired to repair fire damage at a rental property . They were paid over 60thousand dollars for this repair. During construction theft occurred and an ac unit was stolen . Aveeno was paid to work on furnace room due to water damage from fire . Because the floor was not done in the furnace room. A brand new furnace went in on an uneven floor . The ac company Aveeno hired refuses to be cooperative . Now this furnace is causing water damage to the hall closet where the furnace is stored. Aveeno says inspection passed **** so he feels he's covered . Inspection can't foresee future issue of a furnace. I have been trying to work with the Hvac company Aveeno hired and also work with Aveeno who guaranteed his work to no avail. It's not fair to myself or my tenants we only want their equipment to be looked at or maintained or honored by warranty/ guarantee . I would like Aveeno to send a professional HVAC tech to look at the equipment he ordered for my home. I had no control over the HVAC company he chose for this project. Now this same company is giving me no control or choices for help. This was a new unit that now has to be taken apart and out the closet to fix a leak in their unit I have been trying to work with the 2 companies since earlier this summer and I still have no cooperation.
