      She was supposed to provide me with a resolution so that i could get approved for an apartment i went out and attempted to meet her because you can book with her through StyleSeat tge appointment was on a Thursday at 10 , i text her informing her i would be late but i was on the way , Im literally 5 mins away and she respond saying you already paid me we meet Saturday, i wasted over **************************************************************************************************************************************** the runaround about when i could meet her she then asked for my address and said shed mail my stuff overnight , the first time she said NEXT WEEK then said shed do it on a Friday and Ill have my stuff in Saturday august ********************************** received anything

      On 10/18/22, I messaged ebundleskouture through Instagram and the phone number listed on their page and confirmed that hair bundles were in stock and shipping was 3-7 days before making purchase of $125 and shipping $25 (total $145) on the same day. 10/22 I messaged because hair wasn't shipped out and told them that I was concerned that I wouldn't receive in time and was told it would ship out Tues, 10/25. On 10/27, after still no email that it was shipped, I messaged and reminded them that I was told hair was in stock and would be delivered in 3-7 days. NO RESPONSE! I messaged on 11/1 frustrated about not knowing what's going and asked for a refund because it's been too long, and I had to cancel hair appointment already because I didn't receive the hair and asked for a refund. She told me that she was refunding it because she was still waiting on the hair AFTER she lied and said it was in stock BEFORE I ordered. On 11/4 I messaged stating that I am still waiting on a refund and very unsatisfied with service. She told me it was already refunded and takes 3-7 days. She then said that the hair has arrived, and she can ship it next day if I would like it. Against my better judgement and trying to give this company yet another chance, I told them if it goes out TODAY and you can send me the tracking, go ahead and send it. She said I would automatically receive tracking. On 11/8, I messaged that NO TRACKING RECIEVED and I was done with company and would dispute and file with the BBB. No RESPONSE! On 11/9, I received an automated email stating package was shipped out after I already said that I was through with the company and wanted a refund. Plus they sent an INVALID tracking number. On 11/12 I received the package after almost a month after ordering (10/18). The hair quality was HORRIBLE!! To top it off, it was sent through **** Priority mail, and it was supposed to be **** This company also paid $9.75 to ship Priority mail but charged me $25 shipping!!!!

      I stated to customer order takes 3-7 days after purchasing order I also communicated with customer that hair was delayed from shipments coming from ***** I also apologized and sent out customer product my Wix site sent the tracking number as well to customer email. I told her I will refund it but I also ask customer would she like for me to just send the hair because it just arrived customer stated she would rather have her hair instead I said okay great and shipped hair.

      I am rejecting this response because:they did NOT address the fact that it took almost a month to receive my order!  I was NOT communicated with to inform me that it was a delay in my order OR given an option to cancel it!  Instead, this company continued to lie to me.  Actually from DAY 1 when I was told it was IN STOCK and shipped in 3-7 days!  I have attached ALL communication to prove  this and ebundles have only validated everything that Ive said.  The file that was enclosed shows that the order was placed on 10/18 but not fulfilled until NOVEMBER 8!!!!  I was the ONLY one communicating yet my money was taken and I was not given a refund when I asked for one instead I was LIED to that it was issued and takes 3-7 days to process.  The fact that I was charged $25 to ship it and the postage clearly shows that they paid $9.75 was not addressed either!  Rip-off!!!!
