            On December 1, 2021, I paid for Maintenance Unlimited Heating & Cooling's annual HVAC service, which is supposed to include 2 precision tune-*** a year. During my December maintenance, I was informed they'd be in touch to schedule my next tune-up BEFORE the 6-month ****. It is now almost 7 months later and I have not been contacted. Even worse, I have called, spoken with multiple representatives, left messages, sent email through their online Contact Us form, and no one has followed up to schedule my tune-up service.I would like to either: (1) have my precision tune-up completed for my 2 HVAC systems (which includes inspecting and cleaning the air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, coils, drains, and thermostats and replacing the standard filters) or (2) receive a refund of $285 to my original form of payment. If Maintenance Unlimited performs the tuneup under option (1), then I would like to have my contract immediately cancelled following such service so that the contract does not automatically renew for future services.Attached is the invoice showing my payment for the annual tune-up services.
