The business owner came to another hotel to tell it was closing which was a lied then came to the location at 1st Place on **** ************************ *******, ** ***** and was charged one price and the contract stated that after 4 weeks the price would go ** but the price went ** in two weeks from 275 to 300 so I have been paying that since June now as of today 8/4/2023 when o went in to pay now its 400 there hasn't been no notice or any contract send out to me or even placed on my door so today while I'm working I get the call I have to pay 400 dollars or leave u can't even get an manager on the phone and its like pay or Leave or they put u out and I think that something needs to be done. We paid the change because we have no where to go and was force out by them to come that location and still is being lied too and bullied by staff and security.Business response

This complaint is frivolous and without merit. When this guest moved in she took advantage of a promotion that was set to expire June 18th. All of our hotel rooms were 35% off. It was widely advertised that our rooms were 35% off and then would go back to normal rates following the promotion ending. please visit our instagram for confirmation of this. 1stPlaceAHCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because: Yes that is right but before June they had already went up on the room then come August 4 u go up on the room again without any notice and any of the people on site and when one could pay they sent security to put u off the property. My Husband goes in at 6:00 in the morning to pay and they wouldn't let him and when he goes back at 9:00 to pay oh now its a different prices. It wasn't about me not paying it was about the property going up with any notice every other week.
