      Traded my *** for a *** suv. I haven't had the vehicle a month and the water pump went out. I had to have it towed from my job. They took two days to come get it. Once it was received and repaired they told me I had to pay $600 before I could get my car back. I was told that because I drove off the lot and the car was operating that a water pump could go at anytime. I cannot understand how a water pump goes on a vehicle I've had less than 30 days, if it was serviced before it was sold.

      I purchase a 2022, 740 *** from Nalley BMW. When I was in the finance office I point blank told the finance manager that I wanted to transfer my current tag to my new vehicle. **** the finance person told me that I could not and gave me a temporary Ga tag. I had just purchase a 2 year ******* tag which had approximately 15 months left on it. When Nalley sent me my permanent year tag the tag person told me that **** should have transfer my ******* tag. And advised me when its time to renew ******* tag maybe a refund would be offered . ******* DMV told me no. I reached out to the sales manger of Nalley and I was told that its nothing he could do.

      ******* with the loaner car department is a smugg unprofessional man. I was extended a courtesy of a loaner car and I got a flat. I immediately called the service manger who is my contact person there. I left him a message saying to let me what I owe for the tire. Then I get a call from someone else from Nalley. That person told me that I was all set and they would take care of it. I asked if there was anything I needed to do and I was told NO I was all set. Then I get a call from ******* asking where he could send a payment link??!! There is ZERO communication. I went in and wanted to talk to *******. He was very rude and dismissive. He didnt even try to look into who called me and why they would say Im all set if I wasnt actually. After almost 2 decade of business and this is how I get treated!! Again, its so important to say this isnt about the cost of the tire, its about lack of communication, and then not honoring what another staff person said. By rights, i did owe for the tires. But dont tell me Im all set and then turn around the next day and want me to pay!

      If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. My ******************************************* my driveway without warning. A few months before the leak, a recall was done on my vehicle which was said to fix a coolant vent line. I was there that day for a brake fluid flush and the service consultant, *********************** told me I needed tires and would soon need brakes. I agreed to the brake fluid flush and tires as she was not going to let me leave without signing a waiver for the tires but I told her I would return for the recall as I did not have all day to spend at ***. She came back to me and stated that they had done the recall as well as the rest of the work which I didnt mind since I would not have to return for a second visit. Well, yesterday, my car had this catastrophic coolant leak and I was sent the repair cost today which totaled to be almost $3000. I was confused and called for clarification to be sure this was not a mistake on their part as I was told that the recall was to fix the coolant vent line. *********************** called me back and I told her I was confused as to why this was happening and why wasnt it seen when they were replacing the coolant vent line. She proceeded to state that THEY CAN ONLY SEE WHAT THEY CAN SEE and THE *** IS MANMADE and laughs. I didnt find anything funny and if you are attempting to get $3000 from me, the car being man made is a given and not funny at all. So I stated that is not a reason and she stated ***S BECOME OLD AND CRACKY AND THEY BREAK AND START TO LEAK. She was sarcastic and I found it to be extremely rude. Called several times to get the ** and finally got a call back from the Service Director who stated some of their consultants try and break the ice since they are dealing with a lot of money but some things are not ideal to say and every customer is different. I finally got an explanation from him about the repairs but I am still not comfortable or happy. I will no longer use this *** for anything. -0 STARS.

      I had a call from ***** *** of Decatur's that a customer car is at service department and need to be move ,As lean holder I said we are going to pick up the car and we pay for the bill , we got a bill and paid for it with our credit card . I send a tow truck to pick up the car . The service department did not give the key to tow truck driver and said we gave the key to the owner and we do not have any key . no one give a key to the owner of a car unless they pay for the bill . I call next day and talk to service manager and he said one of employee by mistake gave the key to the customer and no longer He is with the company . He said I can not help you any more . I ask for GM and spoke to Mr. ******* and explain everything , He said I couldn't help and do what ever you want to do , it is not professional from a service manager and especially from a Gm of a hug company to treat a customer like that , I thought he would say we made a mistake and we make a key and not saying do what ever you want to do.It is not possible for any dealer ship or regular mechanic shop to give the key to the customer unless **** is paid and they bring the car out and let them drive. be careful with this company I paid for diagnostic and and a battery $650 dollars and I find out even they do not put a battery on the car . I am so sorry for any one to give them a car to be repair and be sure you check the car if they put any new part . you do not paying for something that never put in on .

      I went to an appointment to see a Cadillac 7/12 at this dealership and was left waiting nearly an hour without anyone assisting me to the point they were getting ready to close. I left and called 7/15 about the same Cadillac and was advised it was available. I drove an hour and 45 mins in traffic to see this car and took it for a test drive. I loved the car and started financing process and advised what I was looking for a payment. They ran my credit numerous times and had a few approvals with high interest rates. I advised the rate seemed a bit high and asked if they could call to negotiate the rate. I was advised the service manager was gone and they are closing but he would do some calls in the morning and then call me right away so I can make a decision. I asked if I should come back right when they opened and I was told no and to wait for his call. I never got a call, I got an email with the offer and agreed to the negotiated interest rate and payment. I called the salesman ( *****) and told him Id take the car and he said ok Ill get it ready. Several minutes later I get a call from the manager saying the car is sold as of that morning. I told him I had already started financing and that I already agreed to buy the car and he basically told me too bad the car is sold as of 10 am that morning which is when I advised I would be willing to come by when they opened.. This business ran my credit 13 times for no reason and now I am stuck with inquires on a car I was never able to get due to their shady business and poor customer service. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

      My daughter took her X1 to Nalley about two weeks ago because it was making a loud grinding noise. Shed had her car checked by 2 other mechanics prior, but we decided to go with the dealership's diagnostic to ensure we were repairing the right problem.Both mechanics (and a family friend who knows cars) said her brakes were fine, and the problem might be the undercarriage or differential. However, when we went to Nalley, they said that one of the problems was with the brakes. We allowed the dealership to repair the car because we believed they had the best tools, technology, and expertise.However, after my daughter paid the $1,500 **** and picked up her car, the mechanic warned her that shed still hear the noisewhich means he knew they didnt fix it!Being out of state, my husband had several conversations with ********************, which was futile. He later offered us $800 off the $3,400 estimate to fix the original problem we thought we were paying for. Now, we are out $1,500a big part of which was for brakes that didnt need fixing. Suffice it to say, I would never trust them to spend another dime there, so their discount is meaningless.I want to upload a video of the grinding sound the car is still making. Everyone needs to hear it for themselves. I wish we had paid closer attention to all of the negative reviews on Yelp, Cars.com, BBB, and other sites. Dont let the star ratings fool you. Theyre not for the service department! There are many, many unhappy customers, which should raise red flags to anyone considering having their car serviced at Nalley. I will be posting my experience on every review site possible, so I can warn people of the disappointment and frustration they will likely encounter.Nalley knows they're wrong, or they would not have offered us an $800 discount (and I have an email from them to prove it). Nor would they have tried to placate or manipulate my daughter by warning her that the loud noise still existed.Please beware e

      I have had quite the experience with this dealership. those involved are great until a billing or warranty issue arises. It seems that this dealership only gives service to those who are buying or servicing new cars/ ordered vehicles/ leases/ and certified pre-owned autos. Currently I had an issue regarding an issue with with a previous warranty approval that was declined. The issue I was thought to be solved and coordinated with service who scheduled an appointment for me to come back feb 12th rectify. As I came in for my appointment on yet again another busy Saturday the same scenario started to develop. As I was at the advisors desk who stated that he was just thrown this appointment with no back story he proceeded to ask me what brought me in today what seems to be the issue and which and so on. To me that shows the disconcern of the issue and furthermore explains why my 4 hours wait for a 1 hour issue that led to a instal and removal of parts last week is yet being re explained as if I never had an issue before as the advisor was completely in aware of anything. As a customer this shows me I should only service or get assistance from nalley bmw if I have bough a car from them as they arent willing to give the same service to those who havent purchased from them. The details are in the yelp reviews and arent hearsay.
