I made a purchase from this company in October 2022, with merchandise promised upon completion of the line being produced. Not only did the merchandise never arrive, but after sending multiple emails to the company about the order, they did not respond until I commented under a social media post. I was told in October 2023 that they would refund my order, but have since gotten the run around. I basically paid $93.00 for nothing. Customers are funding this persons fashion line. They have responded with lies over and over since October 2023 about my refund. This is a dishonest business!Initial Complaint

As a business owner I really hate to tear another one down but my daughter purchased from on Aug 13th and has yet to receive any hoodie. She wanted to go with her shoes for back to school so she reached out and they emailed her back saying it was back to school rush. So she waited patiently and she reached out again 8/22 and they responded saying they are hand made and take time so she waited again. She reached out again 9/20 and they went ghost. She paid $97 and they took her money like refund her if you cant make it. Theres no reason she hasnt received anything or atleast her money back.Business response

We are a handmade/Made to order brand that handcrafts our clothes order by order. We have high order value due to our products being highly demanded. We have been in communication with this young lady throughout the time she has ordered. We have missed one email from her that was not responded to and we have apologized for it. We did not Ghost this customer. We recently contacted the customer via email to let her know when she should expect her order (Estimated dates). We also have a policy on our website that lets our customers know that if they desire a refund, they would have to politely request a refund through email and we will gladly issue the refund to the correct designated card holder. We take full accountability for the delay of her order and will do better when it comes to fulfilling everyones order in a timely manner. We appreciate everyone who loves our art and purchases our products because we love you guys back!

I am rejecting this response because: this was uncalled for. You only apologized after I reached out the BBB and then you were going to ship it out. I will leave it completely up to her but this was unacceptable. Things happen which I understand but to not respond for a full 30 days is considered ghosting. Its not trying to tear you down I just knew the way she would receive a response and it worked.

I hope we can get this issue resolved within a timely manner. If your daughter still wants her product, we will gladly ship it out to her by the estimated arrival date that was stated. If not, we will issue a full refund to the card information that was entered at checkout. I appreciate you guys for shopping and showing support towards us! ??

I purchased a hoodie online from the company on January 8, 2023 for $76 and that is with the shipping included in the price. I waited several weeks before reaching out to the company trying to figure out what was going on. I was told by ************************* whom Im guessing is the owner, but he tells me it takes weeks for the item to be made and shipped. So Im like ok and I wait. Now we are into months and still dont have my order so now I want my money back and I request for a refund in which I still havent received yet. Hes been feeding me lies and he even made up a shipping label after I had asked for my money back and I told him no its my money that I want back and he told me that it was being processed. *** emailed and emailed him because the last email I got from him was almost a month ago saying that I would have my money by the end of the week. I still havent received anything yet!!! I just want my money back.
