On June 16,2022 I contacted Pam the Plumber from your website concerning a leak from my upstairs bathroom and onto my downstairs ceiling and floor. An appointment was made and the repair was done on 6/17/2022. My invoice guaranteed a one year warranty on craftmanship and materials. The total amount paid was $1,225.00. On December 21,2022, I noticed water leaking in the same area repaired. It was leaking water onto my downstairs ceiling and onto the floor. I called Pam the Plumber and was given an appointment of December 26th. I asked for an earlier appointment but was told the company was very busy. They did not honor the appointment on the 26th. I called and sent several text messages trying to secure an appointment date. I received no response. I then proceeded to call another plumber and I had the repair done. The charge totaled $85.00 I finally sent a text message to inform them that I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Only then did I get a response. I am very disappointed with this company and the treatment I received.

We paid $1,800 for a water heater and installation. After the initial install, we very quickly noticed the strong smell of natural gas and the gas company had to be called. The gas in the crawl space was at 3% with the door open. The technician said it was likely approaching the dangerous limit prior to his arrival when the gas was turned off. Pam the plumber sent two guys out to deal with the issue and the natural gas leak was dealt with. It was determined that the natural gas line was not turned off during the install.Several days later the natural gas leak resumed and the gas company had to be called out again. They pointed out several issues with the water heater install and said it was not up to code. Another plumber was called out and said it was very bad work that was not safe. It was leaking carbon monoxide into our home and the gas had to be turned off until it was fixed. Pam the plumber sent The same two guys out that day and they failed to make any significant changes. You can feel air coming out of the leaks. We now have to call another plumber to come out and resolve the problem since these plumbers were unable to safely install the water heater or even prevent natural gas leaks and carbon monoxide from entering our home. The vent type used on the top of the water heater is also The incorrect type. The icing on the cake is that they compressed our HVAC ductwork in the process of their failed work. They ripped our HVAC system and caused significant damage to the ductwork.

Installation of a 50 gallon Bradford/ white water heater, thermal expansion tank, and upgraded the gas service to the water heater from the Black iron trunk line using 1/2 CSST pipe and fittings. My technicians returned for a gas leak complaint 4/11/22 6:30 PM, repaired the leak that was not part of the gas system we were working on, due to the type of piping, soft copper with flared fittings. The assumption is the piping could have been jostled while installing the gas line. 4/15/22 another complaint from the customer stating various issues with the installation, customer stated he has a request from the credit card company to dispute all charges. At this point he wants me to bring him secured funds or cash and to remove the heater and additional
