      Made a purchase of marketing material from Tower Press October 2022 for $222 using the 3rd party payment processor ShopPay/Affirm. A month later after following up on a shipping timeline I had no reply from the business. I went to their website and it has since been deleted, no phones or emails work. I disputed this with ShopPay/Affirm as I never received my purchase and was told to file dispute directly with TowerPress however it appears they are not in business to do so. The fact you dispute with ShopPah is for another day.

      My bakery, Peace and Pastries vegan bakery, paid $449 to ********************************* of Tower Press in June 2022 for several products. We never received our order. We have emailed multiple times, contacted via Instagram and ********* without receiving a response, the order or a refund. The owner has blocked comments, deleted the Tower Press business page on Instagram, and deleted the Tower Press website. I would caution anyone, especially small business owners, artists, and other easy targets, from placing an order with *********************************, or doing any business with such a criminal. If you are reading this and have also been scammed by this fraudulent company, please contact me, ************************* of Peace and Pastries bakery. Our Instagram is @peaceandpastries. Theres enough victims that if we come together, we can get justice. Or at least our stolen money returned.

      Hello, I am filing a complaint against Tower Press. I order 4 sets of my own custom art prints on June 21st, 2022 for a total USD amount of $212. With my Chase Debit card ending in ****. Order # **** It has been almost 5 months since placing this order and Ive received no responses from the dozens of emails and website url emails Ive sent to their contact emails ******************************************************* , *******************************************************, and their website URL contact submission form. After so many attempts I then tried to dispute the charge with my bank which is ********** and the claim was unable to be processed because the merchant didnt allow a refund although *** received no response, no refund, and no update on shipping status since June 21st, 2022. This business is charging clients for orders they are unable to fulfill and then leaving clients in the dark for months it is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. I would love to have my money refunded please. Thank you so much for your time and energy!

      I finally decided to start my new business and made an order in July for my first batch of inventory (keychains.) I was so excited because I've worked with Tower Press before and had nothing but prompt service and responses - they even helped answer artwork questions before I submitted the order. Unfortunately, despite sending numerous emails for an order update since I know there are still production delays due to COVID, I still haven't received an answer regarding my order. I got one response from someone saying that they got a new system that threw everything off track, but they too have gone **** It's just a bummer because to start a small business takes a lot of courage to spend the money to get going. I have $400 now tied up in this, money that could've been used to purchase inventory from other, more reliable sources. It would've been nice to at least get some sort of response/update regarding my order.

      I attempted to use Tower Press to order some custom pins for new hire kits. My first time reaching out was 5/19/22. I issued payment for these custom pins in the amount of $1074.00 on 5/31/22. Following my payment, I was essentially ghosted. I attempted to reach out to the company numerous times with no response. I attempted to contact them via email, via LinkedIn, and even reached out to a store owner in the area who stated that she had had a similar issue. I wrote a ****** review, and did not receive a response there either, however, I saw others had had similar complaints, where they had issued payment, and been ghosted and had not received product. I don't want to s**** up anyone's business, but I've given plenty of time, and this slip doesn't necessarily make me look great at work either. Please stop taking orders if you can't handle them!

      I purchased keychains from Tower Press on August 14th, totaling $331. I never received a proof, or information letting me know when my order might ship, etc. I contacted them 3 weeks after placing the order to inquire about at least getting a proof and didn't hear back. I tried reaching out to them again on ******** and got one response, saying "Oh no, so sorry to hear this. I'll get with our CS team to see what's going on. Appreciate your patience as we hit a big growth spurt we are trying to keep up with. I will have someone contact you ASAP! - ****" and never heard anything else. Their ******** page now has an automated response saying that inbox isn't monitored and to email them. No response via their Instagram either. I commented on their most recent IG post to try and see what's going on and now I'm getting messages from other customers of theirs who are wondering the same thing. I'd love a refund at this point. I don't know why they're still accepting new orders.

      On July 20th, 2022, I placed an order of 200 keychains for a total cost of $377.00 which was paid in full from Tower Press Printing. My order number was #**** and I was told the production for these keychains were to take ***** days after a proof was accepted. I was initially reached out to by "*****" with a proof of my order on July 21st. I requested one changed to be made to the proof she sent on the same day (July 21st) but didn't hear back from her until August 2nd. I then gave her the green light for production on August 3rd. Between August 5th and August 16th, I sent four emails that all went unanswered asking for an update on my order and finally received a response on August 18th saying they already had gone into production and that the production would take 11 more days to be complete. It is now Sept. 29th and I have sent more emails that have gone unanswered asking where my order is. Tower Press is completely ignoring all correspondence I've sent without fulfilling my order. As mentioned above, I paid for my goods ahead of time with a production time of ***** days. At the latest, my order should have been shipped out in August, and it is now September. Additionally, as mentioned the website AND in my confirmation email, it stated production time would be ***** days, but once I told "*****" about this, the website was then changed to say *********************** our email conversation. After reading many ****** reviews of similar experiences which I have attached to this case, it is safe to say this company scams people out of their money.

      Submitted an order (ORDER #****) on Aug 16th with a cost of $247. I have emailed over 4 times about my order with no response, sent Instagram DMs, ******* replies, etc. I have now asked for a refund since they have not followed up on my order as they described on their website, with no response.

      I ordered products from Tower Press on Feb. 3rd 2022. After about 5 weeks and no products in hand and the status of my order still reading "unfulfilled" I reached out on March 15th to get an updated. They informed me that my items would ship the next week and they would rush ship them. 2 weeks went by and I still didn't receive my order. I followed up again, and they emailed a generic email that said that the products were stuck in ***** and they were having to ship them on a bullet train to get the products to the US. Okay, that's fine, but now it's been over 7 months since my original date of purchase. I've sent over 10 emails since then and they have stopped responding months ago. I asked for a full refund, and still got no response. I have now disputed the transaction with my credit card company and am reaching out to you so other people do not have their money stolen from them. I've also read over 20 ****** reviews of other people in the same boat.I appreciate your time and attention on this matter.

      On March 27th, 2022 I placed an order for $533.30 with Tower Press for business cards, enamel pins, and other business related paper goods. Two months after placing the order I never got any correspondence or shipping information for the order that should have already shipped. I sent out an email checking in, after two weeks I got an email back saying their manufacturer who actually makes the products has been having an issue with shipping because theyre in *********. Because COVID is still effecting a lot of shipping bans distributing, I accepted that answer. Since then, I still havent heard from them about my order and they were supposed to send me my paper goods because (what Ive been told) theyre made in house. Ive also talked to several people I know whove placed orders with tower press, they also havent gotten their items, theyve gotten very few responses, and they havent gotten a refund either. Tonight I was pushed to my breaking point because one of Tower Presses manufacturers in ***** reached out to me because theyre getting stiffed as well. Ive been left with no other option than reaching out to the BBB. At this point, Id like a refund for $533.30 plus the interest charged on my credit card for this order for $41.99
