Terrible. Beware before you rent from Brandywine Homes *** - *****. Absolutely incompetent rental management company. We have been going back and forth on pool maintenance since October of 2023 and it is now August of 2024. We have not been able to use the pool in our backyard all year that we pay a premium rent for and an increased electricity bill to run the pool pump. While they credited back the "pool fee" each month that we requested it, it is beyond ridiculous that they cannot just solve the problem and approve adequate pool vendors (in ******* where there are pool maintenance companies on every block). They also refuse to just let us contract our own pool maintenance which would have solved this issue months ago. They let the pool go without service for months resulting in a dark green, thick algae, and debris filled pool that was overflowing disgusting green slush onto the concrete and the property. They refused to acknowledge this as a hazard on the property and would not refund any rent during this time either. Not only that but the ** goes out constantly and for whatever reason none of the "repairmen" they send out can figure out what is wrong with it. Is rent refunded for every day that we sit in a 90 degree house? Absolutely not. The best they could do was offer a measly $150 a night for an airbnb/hotel which is not nearly enough for 2 people and 2 dogs to find a place to stay last minute in **************Many other things reported that have never been fixed, not worth bothering with it again. They WILL NOT call you, probably because they can't take it since they do not do their job well in the slightest. They send one-off unapologetic emails and sincerely do not give a F*ck.Rent ANYWHERE but with Brandywine. If I could put a sign that says "STAY AWAY, SLEAZY RENTAL COMPANY" in front of every property they have listed, I would.
