I always use the BBB website to find reliable contractors, and that's how I came across Quality Septic. I wanted to leave a review because they really did a fantastic job.They showed up on time and the team kept me in the loop about what they were doing, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood everything. It was very easy to communicate with them.They did the work quickly and didnt leave any mess, which I really appreciated. It's so nice to work with a company that takes their job seriously and cares about making sure their customers are happy.Im really glad I chose Quality Septic and would recommend them to anyone needing septic services. Recently, I decided to use the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website to search for a septic company, aiming to ensure I hired a reputable firm. I can't express enough how smooth the process was. I landed on "Quality Septic," and they truly lived up to their name. Not only did they do an exceptional job, but they also offered great prices and maintained excellent communication throughout. I would highly recommend anyone in need of contractors to leverage the BBB website. My first experience was nothing short of perfect!

** BE CAREFUL** May 24, 2021 they completed a "repair" on our septic system that cost $3800 and already failed Dec of 2021, 6 months later. Typically contractors should breakout their line items but our invoice just shows $3800 and all this ..." Drain field restoration, Hydro jetting the sewer line, Sludge Removal, Overfilled. *WARRANTY. We can not guarantee if and how long this service will help. If within 5 years your Drainfield portion of this service starts to fail again 70% of the drainfield portion of the **** will be credited towards a drain field replacement with Quality Septic (only). At a cost of $10,900"We have them send out their crew again Dec. 14. How their office prices things is the guys send them pics and the office folks price it without ever really seeing or being on site. I was hopefully the large sum of $3800 would be honored but only $1000 of that would be applied to the next repair which they quoted $5900- $1k making it $4900 to try something different. We were shocked. One lady had mentioned we could do a pump TODAY for $500 and I said I would call back. I call and go through all this again trying to understand why this is costing so much and they then quote a pump TODAY for $875. To which I asked well why $500 earlier and $875 now. She says well we can honor the $500. I told her we would prefer to call around and she puts me on hold. She comes back and says her manager approved to drop it to $375 for a pump today. I'm sorry. We spent $3800 with you guys 6 months ago and you can't even do a free pump?!This all felt really weird and she was really selling me on this $4900 repair. Next day we call Pink 'Plumber and explain to that guy our ordeal. He actually just finished getting his recertifications with the state and local environmental offices. He gives me the State offices as well of the consumer protection unit offices to contact. He prefers not to pump us as he thinks Quality Septic messed up and needs to come out and make this right and he didn't want his work to possibly interfere with any warranty. He said had we done this with Pink Plumber they would be repairing this at no charge b/c it failed. My thoughts as well.Dec. 27, we have spoken to the State Environmental offices which they stated that drain restoration and jetting of the lines is not a repair. They will be sending a letter and contacting Quality Septic of their concerns. We will see if they can make this right. Consumer Protection Unit will be helping to address the pricing and any complaints regarding billing. In meantime, we are also contacting local environmental health offices to get an actual inspection on what needs to be done to see how that matches up to their new "repair" they told us.Please choose wisely who does your septic "repairs"

I've had multiple good experiences with this company. Septic pumping ain't fun but these guys make it alright and actually care about their customers systems and help them understand what to do. With all the nonsense going on w septics in west county near the river it's good to have an advocate like this on your side that understands how these things work. Highly recommended.
