On May 10 I left my apple watch SE series with them to see if they could repair the watch. On May 13 I received a text message saying that they could repair the watch but a payment of $50 needed to be made first and the total cost of repair would be $145.00. I would need to $***** when repair completed. I received a text on Fri May 17 that my watch was ready, and I need to pay the remaining balance of *****. I paid the balance then they give me a bag with my watch which was not on, so I assume that I need to charge it and another watch and band in it. I inform them that there was addition watch band in the bag. Yes, we put it there. So, when I got to my car, I tried to charge my watch that's when I realized that they never fix my watch. On my way back into I saw the owner told him that my watch was still not working that when I was told that they put the watch and band in the bag as a replacement. The watch was an apple watch series 4 which was release in 2018. I told him that did not watch that watch. He tried to get me to take another watch that was of less value. I said no. He asks me to give him chance to make it right. I did not hear from him so on Monday May 20, so Tuesday May 21 I stop by the store. The owner informs me that order another watch but had not received ask for my money back he told me that he would contact me that evening and would call me give my money back via zelle. I did not hear from the owner that evening. So, Thursday May 23 I called again requesting my money back. He states that he will only refund me back $ ****** because I have to pay for the restocking fee for him having to return the watch.
