This company is horrible and I had a bad experience in 2020 they need to be investigated I've had issues with IRS because of them the manager at the time I would have to look at his name if I can snapshot and put a picture on I can tell you exactly who he is..Last year I supposed to have received a refund because they needed a pen to file for my taxes and it was rejected and I had already paid him and he did not refund me my money I am still waiting on this it's been 2 years now to be refined I have not received my refund yet.. and I'm still waiting as of today and I have not received my refund yet so now I have decided to report them to the Better Business Bureau I will never deal with them again everReview from Gerald G

Didn't get the proper information about the fees. Never was told about a 3rd party service which got some money also. After she did my taxes she told me how much I was to get. 931$ out of fthat she got 251@ and the bank got 251$ which left me 432$. If she would have stated all this I would have got up and left. He'll H andR Block would have done them for 179$.Was referred by a friend and have seen her yet. Lack of knowledge of fees and bank made me give this review. Plus half my money went somewhere else did it for me. Trying to get in touch with the *** to stop payment on the check and go somewhere else.Review from Beverly T

LaVoshia at the Memorial Dr. location. Is very professional and she did a great job on my taxes. I am also a returning customer. If you need your taxes done, come see her!!!!
