    I purchase a vehicle from them and I put $2,500 down and I've been making payments but me and him had an agreement that once I get the car fixed up then I won't have to make my payments because I put all my money into fixing the car up but at first he sold me a lemon the car has stopped on me and my kids when we was driving on the highway we almost got hit by two tractor trailers then he goes on to say to call a tow truck I tell him why do I need to call the tow truck when you need to come towards yourself I pay for the tow truck to come and get the car towed to my house then he made me get a tow to his job then on top of that he gave me another car he wouldn't give me my money back so he forced me to get another car I got the other car the other car stopped on me and my kids on a back road I had to get it towed again back to my house he did not reimburse me back for the money that I had to get it towed then on top of that the car has shut down completely I had to get the car fixed because he wouldn't even give me my money back I had to get a ******** converter I had to get extra stuff I had to get two sensors and I had to replace the fuel pump he said once I did all that then I didn't have to make no more payments he would make a deal with me then he turned around and asked me for money for the payment so instead of me going back and forth with him I gave him $300 then on top of that I gave him another $300 then on top of that I gave him another $200 so now he's trying to find a complaint against me saying that I'm not trying to give the car back he's trying to take the car now that it's all fixed up and he had crooked cops come to my house he had them call the hospital why me and my son was in the hospital to try to get the car from me he kept harassing me with cops and detectives and all that

    10/06/2023 I purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Camaro and has been getting overcharged. I put a down payment of $2500 at the vehicle final price at $13000 and now Im being charged $16000 for.

    On February 27th I went to a buy here pay here and put $1500 down on am as is car which seemed to have no issues a first. Around March 1st I noticed the engine, tire pressure light was on along with the brakes scrubbing. I contacted the dealer on Wednesday March the 6th hours before the incident and told him about the issues I was having and he told me to call him back on March 11th so that he could have his mechanic look at it which was the day before the first payment was due.Well in order to make the payment i went to go do instacart on March 6th. On the way to the location to start shopping my car hydroplaned and spun off the expressway and totaled out into a ditch.The air bags on the driver side did not deploy and the horn also did not work which shows the car had to of been wrecked before. My 3yr old daughter my significant other was also in the car and I'm also 7 months pregnant. I had to be in the hospital for 2 days to monitor the baby to make sure the placenta did not detach or that the baby would not go into distress...i contacted the dealer when I got out of the hospital and when i asked about being reimbursed for my down payment he was more concerned about the car and said he would not reimburse me even after I mentioned the issues beforehand and when i initially bought the car i told him i needed a reliable car being that im 7 months pregnant..I called the dealer that following Thursday to get a refund on my down payment and he refused and was more upset about the car me and my family couldve died in. I also have a phone recording that I could not attach.

    The car was purchased with a complete and clear understanding that the client signed two AS IS  CONTRACTS stating this is a as is purchase. The automobile obtained had AS IS LETTER  inside the vehicle prior to the clients purchase. The way she was  driving has nothing to do with the cars, mechanical or non-mechanical issues. The car was purchased after two test drive.  Client was to have full coverage insurance.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I informed you of the cars issues before the incident occurred and the accident was because of the issues with the car. I have audio recording of our conversations.I ASKED FOR A RELIABLE CAR BY ME BEING 7 MONTHS PREGNANT! All I ask for is my down payment back so that I can get me a car for my family. We test drove the car once and I only had the car 10 days! I just want my down payment...I have a lawyer and the attorney generals office looking into this business as well. My family or my unborn could have died or been severely injured on top of the airbags not being deployed and the horn not working shows the car has been damaged before but I DO have audio recording of both conversations.

    You said that already and once again only one test drive was given...I have voice recordings of our calls and you know only one was given but I want to know is the going to be any reconciliation with this..I gave this dealership my last to end up now with no money and no car..I have a 3 yr old and a baby on the way and as a single mom I am in need of a car or my deposit to be able to get another one. I told you about the issues the same exact day the accident happened and I thank God me nor my family were hurt..if you have a heart in any way you would help make things right .

    This is A "WARNING" for anyone who need a car DIDN'T SHOP HERE!!!!!!! I bought a2009 Cadillac CTS from this place for double the value I paid my car off in August it's December and I still don't have my title!!!!!! The car wouldn't pass emissions!!!! So I can't get my tag or trade it in cause I don't have the title.. ************** offered to buy my car back for a **** dollar not even the ***** Blue book price... ****. This place is not BBB certified!!!! Scam artist at there finest!!!! Please don't go here it's not worth your hard earned money or your time.

       This complaint is a very valid one. As you know,  I have personally been working on this hold up since July.

    We have has many conversations about the issue.  I have worked with the staff at the *************************** -**************** often to correct this hold.

    There is an issue that is holding the title up in printing. The title is in your name, as we did sell you a great running vehicle.

    I thank you again for all your patience, I promise to get this title.

    Hes a horrible seller he take people money hes not even licensed to sell cars in ******* he dont wanna fix anything he sell raggedy cars and he need to be shut down completely he never have the title to the cars.

    Bought a car from the owner at this business cash ,car was junk,was told that he would get the title in a few weeks and now he won't respond to my messages and I still don't have title and it's been months.
