purchased a Benz truck and left a 5k deposit 12/7 the car was hit while parked by a company truck and the grill was damaged 12/29 they repossessed my car the next business day 1/2 for inspection. I Have not even been able to pay my first car note before it was repossessed. They claim it was repossessed for an insurance claim issue. They are demanding me to file a claim on my insurance for the grill when I should be able to pay the damages out of pocket. When I call to try to get the car back theyre giving me the run around we need a receipt showing the damages are getting covered we dont know what the prices are to get the car out of repossession theyre also charging me $25 a day storage fees and every day since 1/2 I havent been able to get a price to get my car back and it is now 1/9. Company is scammers. They steal they car back after you pay a high down payment just to refinance it to another client. My car was taking in less than 30 days so I shouldve been able to get a refund for the $5500 I paid on a down payment. This is illegal!Review from Monique S

I purchase a car made payments on time said they picked upi car for insurance I changed my insurance sent them the updated information and they still took my car the very next day. I want my money and my pain and suffering.

I submitted a negative review a few months after having a trying experience after purchasing my vehicle. I was heated and on red. Since then, most of the mechanical issues with my Mercedes have been fixed except for one thing involving my light. I currently have an open claim regarding that. Once I am able to free up some monies, I will get that resolved. Yaya who works in finance has worked with me on my car payments while such repairs were made. Things were not always amicable. But now they are now. I really appreciate it because I really love my vehicle and I work extremely hard to maintain it. I was also given $20.00 in gas cards by Ms. Bailey in finance as well as a $200 something dollar credit on the back end of my loan and another $150 in credit. With that being said, things have been smoother and calmer and more professional on their part. The most I've ever been late is 3 days which is pretty darn good. I'm right now trying to get my vehicle refinanced. With that being said, I truly appreciate the dealership changing the way they handle me as a paying customer which is why I wanted to take the time today to change my previous review.Olympic Auto Sales, LLC Response
