      I financed a vehicle from Ride Today on May8, 2024 it is not July the ************************************************************************* a car with a lien on it. I have asked numerous of time about updates on my registration and the finance company only reply with they are sorry for my inconvenience. I have been pulled over numerous of times due to the dealership giving me a used dealer tag. I cant talk to nobody without them getting smart and telling me that I have to wait on them to pay the lien off. I have all messages from a text now number that they use for the finance contact. I really need help with investing whats going on with this vehicle. I have a police report and the dealership did not want to cooperate with the officer and give names.

      I got a car from this place, the car had a bad engine and they couldnt get the tag for the truck. Come to find out the emissions test is not real, the place that they have listed is not a place it doesnt even have an address.

      I have purchased this car on March 14 I put a down payment on car and had a pick up payment to make still within them I was a day late on the pick up payment they came to pick up my car on a Sunday Easter..after picking up my car I was trying to contact someone to see what was going because I was hurr texting the company when I was able to pay the pick up payments and they agreed to it but yet came the next hour they came to pick up car .. before the pick up payment situation I had the car for a day and the car went dead had to replace batteries fast forward back to pick up payment situation the only way this company said to get in touch with somebody is by text so I was texting back and forth about getting car back after they pick it up the the person texting said I couldnt get car back to Monday because it was a holiday then after a hour they text me back saying if I bring them $700 dollars I can get car back .. when I went to shop it was a lady at the desk to receive payment after I had just came to shop a hour before and they said they couldnt do nothing to Monday .. but she couldnt give me no information on owner or how can contact anyway ..this company took money from me and sold me a car that light want go off and I had to buy a alternator after I bought the battery a week later and I ask them about it they said they cant do nothing about it and u only can text number they gave me

      I been in rentals for 5 months straight trying to find that reliable car i found Ride Today October 2023 i paid ***** down payment for an 2018 ***** Malibu when i first got it it was wobbling they said its just my tires so i went to there shop and bought tires they lied and told me it was so many nails in my tires i got it fixed the same day and the wobbling was still happening the next day my tired had popped when i paid for brand new tires and it wasnt even the problem then about a week later my car wasnt going forward it would sound like its going forward when i push on the gas but wouldnt move anywhere it would jump really hard time to time i was told its my transmission ..the car is completely a lemon ive tried to work something out with them and they completely shut me out they did not care they just wanted the car payments they stop answering there phone for me and everything i went through pure trauma Ive fell on my face trying to push the car backwards because the car wouldnt go forward i went thru soo much lost my job and everything behind this i was only able to drive this car for literally a week DO NOT GO HERE they cars are Lemons i want my refund !!! Im soo disappointed ive never been through this before i feel like they did me like this because im an young women im so disappointed DO NOT GO HERE *** contacted plenty lawyers

      I bought a car on January 25 2024 I put 2000 dollars down for a car ****** rogue 2013 I signed documents to upgrade my car by feb 18 but unfortunately my money had deposited due to a holiday Secondly the car was a lemon it had this carbon monoxide smell when the air or heat is on the car also wouldnt go in gear since the second week I had it and i informed them that I would pay by feb 22nd 2024 my car was taking to day at about 730 pm and I got a private call from the supposed to be repo man asking if I wanted any of my stuff out of the car I have yet to miss a payment nor did I agree to upgrade until I was fully ready I showed proof of the money pending and the person that supposedly works is finance has harassed me everyday since the 17th I have never in my life experienced anything this ridiculous they are playing with my lively hood and my way of transporting my children back and forth to school I want a full refund and I want wait to take this to court the pick up fee is ******************** from a down payment Ive been buying cars for years I have never experienced anything like this and Ive showed proof of the money pending and they still got my car this place need to be investigated and shut down immediately or my car needs to be replace or I want my money back

      Ride Today is illegally overcharging, going against the contract I sign, personally pocketing money thats being sent and not putting my payment receipts in the system, one day someone is confirming that they received my payment to text back 3 days later saying they dont see nothing in the system, multiple people are texting from one number, its a Text Only Policy, but they tell u to stop texting when your trying to figure out where the money is going, they are illegally repossessing cars n charging sky rocket prices thats goes against what u signed on the contract

      10-23-2023 I paid a downpayment of **** and was sold a lemon then they wanted me to pay 352 a WEEK for a car that does not work ! They also are using a finance company called ***** saying they are financing for ties and really they are financing cars through them

      I have this 2015 red **** focus since 2021. They been saying that I had been missed a payment in October 2021 ever since then I have been 2 payments behind. Then they threatened me every time with one miss payment. I have informed that I had something happen to my funds last payment from check. Then they process this reprocessing without no one knowing. They threatened that I tried to steal it and I could go to jail they had some private call me. All threats. Lied giving affidavits about getting the car back.

      At the time of repossession, this customer was 3 payments behind. She was informed of a pending repossession due to the account status. We also received documentation showing that there was an insurance lapse, so we requested documentation of current insurance- which is a requirement of the contract, but never received a response.

      I went and purchased a car with this company on July 16, 2022. My car was repoed on 8/2/2022 at 10:30 pm. I received a text asking if I wanted to redeem my car for $1906 and I agreed to the terms. I was later told that it was their decision not to allow me to redeem my car. ********************* is the guy I purchased the car from and is no longer answering my phone calls. He stated that the number that is texting me is the bank. I do not think that statement is true, because that is the number to Ride Today, LLC

      The customer bought a 2012 *** 528i on 7/16/22 the terms were $3000 down, He did not have all the money, so we agreed to take $2000 on the 16th and to receive the balance ($1000) on the 7/30/22.  He did not have the money, he stated he would pay on 8/1/22.  That did not happen and his comment was that he "had a problem with a company that had a problem with waiting two days for their money".

      This is clearly a first payment default, and we are exercising our right of repossession.

      According to the response from the business, the down payment was $3,000.00, and the agreed amount for the down payment was $2,000.00, but that is not the case. Please see the attached document, which is the business receipt showing I paid $2,500.00 as the down payment. Please also see the other document that breaks down the remaining cost according to the company I owed for the vehicle. The business states that the down payment was only $3,000.00, but the breakdown that I received on July 16, 2022, states that I still owed them $1,000.00 for the remaining down payment, indicating some discrepancy. The other documents attached show the portal, which the business recommended that I utilize to pay my fees, stating that $1,000.00 was due by August 13, 2022. So, I technically still had time to pay the remaining down payment before they repoed the vehicle. 

      Also, after reviewing the documents from that day, it is observed that the business did not even sign any of our documents. Each paper I received from the company has only my signature and not theirs, indicating some type of scam.

       Your own documents that were uploaded show the bill of sale with $2500 down payment and $1000 deferred down payment bringing the total down payment to $3500, which you signed and agreed to. The Payment portal, as you were informed, is not for down payments, deferred down payments, or pickup payments, therefore the due date of 8/13 that was showing- was for your first regularly scheduled car payment----to be made after your deferred down payment was made.

      Furthermore, the retail installment contract that you signed showed the deferred down payment due date of 7/30/2022. The down payment is our only guarantee from you for the car, as we do not check credit or require job verification. Non-payment of the down payment or deferred down payments result in an automatic default of the contract and repossession of our collateral. At that time, due to the long distance you lived from the dealership and the payment issues so soon after the sale, we reserved our right to protect our secured interest and not allow you to redeem the vehicle without full entire payment of the financed amount.

      03/05/2022 $3000 A Good Working Vehicle I paid this car dealership $3000 for a good working car told them I did not live in the Atlanta area and would be driving back to *********** I test drove the vehicle for about 2 minutes at the time it seemed fine the following Monday 03/07/2022 I can make back to finish the purchase left in the car it then cut off on me 30 mins later I called the dealership back I advised them I no longer wanted the vehicle I didnt know it had all these mechanical issues and I just didnt want to deal with it they refused to refund my money No they have not tried to resolve

      The vehicle was under recall by *** so we returned their money.  We are very sorry for this occurrence but there was no way for us to know prior to it happening.  We hope this is a satisfactory conclusion to this event.
