      F&C air tech can out to mid year cleaning after my full cleaning from the following year . tech ask about my filter and he inform me about a service, if I paid for filter company will order and they will come out and install and keep up maintenance. when the filter came to my home I call company to set up appointment was told they had no such program , ask for reimbursement and ask them can they come out filter I was speaking to management, and was told by him my filter can not fit any other unit they were consider used but they had arrive at my home 2 days and still sitting in box untouched. I would my money back

      The filters purposed are lifetime warranty filters washable. We do not offer services or installing or changing. You purchased a product from the manufacturer thru us. 
      we came to do the cleaning and we sent out the filters.

      I am going by what I was told in person by tech and the that I  was quote  that amount on the invoice ****** and what was taking from bank account ******  are different i just don't  want   filters if service that I was advised about cannot be perform ,I clean my filters my self I have to go under crawl space and attic , these filters means  that i have to work harder which I would not sign up for.

      This business is a scam. Didnt have correct attachments to my vents so used my kictchen chair to prop the machine against my vent. Didnt brush the ducts or anything. Paid $600 and the machine was never even attached to mu vents. Scam!!!!

      We already responded to his wife complaint. ***** and *********************** have committed fraudulent charge back, they are defaming us online. We are taking legal actions towards them. 
      They have been caught red handed by their own bank trying to do a fraudulent charge back while lying they canceled the services.

      We are taking legal actions at this point and them and their friends are adding reviews online  slandering our company.

      Was charged $600 for air duct cleaning. They know and I know they did not clean my air ducts. My husband is a plumber and has access to cable our ducts. All they did was run a fan for 30 minutes. SCAM SCAM SCAM

      This customer booked us 2 years in a row. In 2023 and 2024. In 2023 we did a basic service $249 and 2024 we did a full service of $527 (plus she tipped the technician extra).

      After ***************************************************************************************************************** if she had any issues. 

      She lied to the credit card company - doing a fraudulent charge back punished by law saying she canceled services. 

      We sent proof of her signed invoice and service done before and after pictures. The credit card company caught her red handed in her fraud and gave us the money back. Now the customer is ****** her scammed didnt work. 

      Continuing adding fake comments and defamations on websites we will proceed with a Cease and desist for defamation. Customer is a scammer and was caught red handed while trying to steal from us as a company. We will proceed to take legal actions as well. I

      I didnt use your company last year for the 1000th time. I used a different company last year and couldnt find their number. They did a completely different service than you did and went in my attic and cleaned and sprayed stuff in my system up there. What you are saying is a lie. Your business is a scam and I will let everyone know it.

      Your service was on 20th March 2023, technician was ******* and he charged $249. 
      The only scammer is you mam getting services and disputing them. Fraudulent charge back are punishable by the law.

      The "service", if you can use the term occurred on 2/17/22 My wife called the company and explicitly stated there were items in the air ducts dropped by a toddler. When the technician arrived, my wife again explained the issue. The technician then hooked up their negative air flow whatever machine for 25 minutes. At the end, he told us the dust is all out. When asked about the items dropped in the ducts, he stated we don't do that. They then charged our card $200 for a service we didn't ask for or need. The phone representative only gave her first name as *******. When calling the company, they offered no resolution and insinuated that we misunderstood. This is a complete scam. We would never have agreed to air duct dust particle cleaning. There's no evidence it actually helps.       Good morning, after reviewing the recorded conversation, the customer was given the air duct ********************** prices and never promised that we will retrieve anything from the ducts. Thats not a promise and we not engage to promise that since we do not want to mislead the customer. His wife was on site when the service was done and signed on the receipt acknowledging the service being done and being satisfied. The customer has began a slander war on social media and all the search engines because they consider the air duct cleaning not necessary because of an old article online. Sir you called an air duct cleaning for service, if you consider this services not needed you should not have called us, your wife agreed to a service that she signed for, you cannot request a refund after booking and appointment and having the service done because you have found online an article that air duct cleaning  doesnt help. Thank you
