              I had a reservation for 5 people for Saturday and I called Friday to cancel because it was the wrong location. The manager **** was very rude and used derogatory terminology with me because I wanted to cancel. She threatened to charge my card $150 because Saturdays are busy. The website clearly states to call 24 hours before to cancel and that is what we did. I do not appreciate being treated in that manner to an establishment that Ive spent money in before. The establishment is dirty and I will never step foot in there.

              Today the 18th October, 2023 at about **** AM I sent an email seeking an appointment for me and my wife and almost immediately I received my appointment confirmation for **** PM same day for 1 hour foot message for $45.00 per hour. Once me and my wife went there they immediately started the service we desired. However, after half an hour they said to us that our time is over. I tried to explain to them that look at my email confirmation that we have reserved for an hour. The young lady over the counter said to me that email confirmation does not mean anything and insisting that I called them yesterday and asked for half an hour. I tried to convince them that I never called them. All I did is sent them an email. But they simply do not want to listen to us at all. During our conversation one of the young man behind the counter even threatened me by saying I quote "do you want me to call Police on you". I was scared and embarrassed in front my wife. We immediately paid their fee and left the place. Me and my wife are repeated customer of this place. I have the print out of their email confirmation and if necessary, I can provide to anybody whoever wants to verify our claim. Thanks.
