I purchased a shiitake mushroom log on Apr 15 2024. I have not received the item and the tracking information provided states 'Shipper created a label, *** has not received the package yet.'I tried contacting the business several times through email and phone but have not received any response.Initial Complaint

This business claims to have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy. The mushroom log that I received as a gift has not produced any mushrooms. I simply want a new log to replace the one that didnt produce. I have attempted to call them over the course of two weeks. Ive made 4-5 phone calls and left messages. Ive also send two email communications and havent heard back. Purchased their product, Order # ****. Followed the directions provided and product didn't perform as advertised. I contacted the business, explained the problem, provided the information they requested, and was told to try again. I found this to be a put off because their product does not work. I asked for a refund and they are not acting like they are wishing to comply. This product is defective. I want to return for my money.Business response

I received an email from 2funguys indicating that they had refunded the amount via PayPal. I am unable to use PayPal, although I have tried several times. I have requested that they send the money directly to me at my home address.Business response

We purchased a Shiitake Mushroom log from this company and it is a failure. In the time we have had the log we have followed the instructions to the letter; however, no mushrooms have sprouted for use. At approximately $50.00 (incl. tax). Emails and contacting the company have produced no results. Our next step would be to file a complaint with the ************************* for Consumers; however, we wanted to work through the BBB first. Log photos can be supplied with their tin ID badge.Business response

We never saw a email from ************************, we looked all all of our emails and did not see one email. We took the email form this complaint to reach out to customer and explained about not seeing email. However we refunded customer to make them happy.
PLease clean this up as we took action the first time we heard of the complaint. Thank you
