i purchase a home in July 2021 and also a home warranty, my air condition when out and they tell me that the part is no longer available and that they will give me $800.00 on another one, but if it can be fixed they are to replace it. I'm a senior and don't have that type of money and have been in heat for three days at near 100 degrees. they take your money and abuse senior citizen. all i want is my unit repaired or replaced.what good is a home warrantyInitial Complaint

* On January 8th , 2022, I orderd a wig..from Wequeen. *On January 10th, $ ******was taking out from my debit/ account * The wig was supposed to arrive withing 3- 4 business days. It finally came in 9 days instead, after I kept calling. * The very same date that it came , I saw that it was not the wig pictured since it had flaws. On that very same day on January 18th. I contacted the company via email, so thatt they would ship me back a return label/ address. * Today is January 21, 2022 and I have been back and fort with a daily email to this company. They take about 2- 3 to reply to my petition.* On yesterday's date January 20th , finally an email received from them stated to send a picture of the wig . I sent them several pictures ( the one on the Manikin, the other on their human model, from their web site that modeled the wig & and lastly the wig that I received ftom them. A cheap, inferior quality wig was sent instead from *****. From their ******************** The wig with no lace front and no baby hair) * I sent them pictures,requested, Only for someone to send me an email at 2:00 am in the mornings, saying that's what I ordered.* This is not what I saw and not what I want to keep. * Their Refund policy says. 30 days refund and hassle free returns. But U am having a hard time with this company, although U contacted them , ftom the very same day that the product arrived. * I requested on my daily emails to them, that I needed a contact phone number to speak to someone in customer service. They have not supplied any number. The only number is a number which i; no picks up or calls you back, ]is just a voice mail ,that does not identify to you as to who you are calling. *************** on Georgia * ************ is not Honoring the policy that was stated on their website and not wanting to send me a return label or address in oder to keep my money. On 11/8/21 I received an email saying that my order was being shipped. I placed the order a day or two prior to the order shipping. The total price of the order was $191.68. The order number is OGS2000795307. The wigs on the website look very natural, the ones that I received looked nothing like the pictures. I sent two emails and have not gotten a response from the company. I would like a refund. I will send the wigs back to them.Customer response

Consumer indicated they have heard from the company, but the issue has not been resolved. Comments follow below:
They sent me several email basically saying the same thing. They apologized and asked me what did I want to exchange the item for? They also that all of their wig were made the same way. I informed them that I didn't want to exchange it, I wanted a refund and they stopped responding to my emails. I even sent them pictures of the wigs that I received and explained to them that I was not satisfied with them and the photos and the website did not look like the wig that I was sent.Initial Complaint

I had ordered a wig that was supposed to be shipped out 3 to 5 business days I have sent numerous emails and have not had any response from this company I would like to get some type of correspondence on why the shipment is still saying processing. Thank you .
