The original order was placed for 2 countertops on 9/16/2022, with a 6 week lead time. Our order from Marcraft was delayed to 11/28/2022 without any explanation. On 11/18/2022, the order came in; received only one countertop that was marred-up and extremely chip-damaged along the edges of the counter. Also, the countertop was the wrong size and it didn't match what was on the original paperwork. Returned the countertop the same day. I was reluctant to reorder from this company due to the poor quality, but ensured by Lowe's that it may have been a fluke. I asked for the replacement order to be expedited due to the fact that we'd waited 2 months for the original order to be filled. We were contacted back from Lowe's Home Improvement that Marcraft was going to take the full 6 weeks to fill the order on 12/30/2022. I now strongly doubt that the countertops will arrive by that date and be of the quality I expect. Now, Lowe's Home Improvement wants me to wait a few days to resolve this dispute with Marcraft, therefore I assume the company isn't in favor of cancelling my order at this time even though I haven't received the second delivery and do not plan to until allegedly at the end of the month. I do have documentation of original order and some pictures of the damaged and "wrong-size" countertop, these documents and pictures are available upon request. But this order was returned and we had to reordered on 11/18/2022.
