              We bought a trailer from a dealer on 4/26/2021 in commerce city Colorado. On October 20th we had the metal roof separate at the seems and peel back while we were using the trailer. We sent pictures to lark warranty to a guy name **** in the warranty and parts department he took several days to get a response. He then called and said we need to drive to Georgia and have the roof replaced. We informed him that is a huge risk to us and other motorists on the road with a roof that’s half way off the trailer. He transferred me to the manager and he said the same thing I told him that is not an option I will not put the lives of other motorist at risk because of your trailer defect. The trailer is completely unusable at the moment and only 7 months old. I spent about $10000 on this trailer and cannot use it. The manager said he would call me back in 15 minutes after he looked at the pictures and still has not done so.

              ZERO STARS.........WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Poor customer service and follow up. Trailers was not ready after two months so we requested a full refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
