A 2008 **** ******** was purchased from this business. The vehicle started turning off and started shaking. I contacted the business and advised them of what was occurring. Them told me the issue and asked me to pay approximately $600. I paid the funds and a few weeks later the vehicle turned off yet again. They towed my vehicle and claimed to fix the problem. They busted my water pipe and made me pay for it after THEY busted the pipe. It’s been nothing but issues since I’ve purchased this vehicle. I tried several times to speak with the person at the car lot and they show no interest in helping me get this issue resolved. They want me to continue paying them out of pocket. I’ve spent over $1000 in a week trying to get the car fixed. Thats aside from my monthly car payment.Business response

I made a down payment of 800$ 85 Weekly on a 2013 Kia Optimo on April 4 @ 3:24 Pm . I test drove the car as any other after I mentioned to them about the air blowing out heat . They checked it and claim the air compressor was going out and that they were going to order a new one to replace it . Also the driver mirror is missing and they also claimed they was waiting on the right part . Mind you they said they would replace them on their behalf . I haven’t had the car that long whithin a week or two i was traveling to the doctor and my bolts broke off the rim the actual tire was coming off before that could happen I told them ahead of time that the car needed alignment which was suppose to been handled before selling . I have went through 4 tires from today I reported claims and I also had to pay outta pocket for everything . The car is used the paint was already chipped the car was fifty on the inside also looks like the body was put together . I didn’t complain because I’m a single mother with no help and everyone need their own ride. However I missed a week of payments only because of the tires but I also gave them notice every chance I had. The day I dropped the car off for them to fix it as they claim would take from Friday to Monday . Lady at the front text asked was I going to make the payment before or after they fixed it I said I’ll pay when they called me when their done no call they been giving me the run around claiming I can’t make payments when I want when that’s not the issue the car is the issue.Been knowing them for years and I’ve never had this problem with them nor any car . I paid them Monday when I went to pick it up and they waited till after saying what he said . When I told them up front I had/have the money just call me when y’all are finished. Honestly I’ve been having problems since day 1 and I’ve trying to fix it on my own headlights fog lights etc.. they also claim its been a new motor installed and says I’ve put 3000m on it in 2 weeks .Business response

I also made sure to inform them that I didn't have anyone I could contact to follow me to drop it off and pick me up. Other than that due to it needing an alignment I have went through more than 2 tires only for the front . From my understanding I know everything isn’t going to be perfect on a used car , I have no problem it was basically how the employee related the messages as in saying I don’t pay and that’s most definitely not a problem every issue that I have had I reported and always made sure they knew what was going on . The only issue that was really important to me was the car needing an alignment so that me and daughter would be safe especially after having two blow outs within two weeks . I have no help whatsoever so I’m doing all I can. I’ve had a car with them before they know I don’t have any issue paying what needs paying . It wasn’t what he said it’s how he said it when it was said up front I had the full payment and I would have the money when they finished and confirmed they would give me a call Instead of what was established It was otherwise
