We had payed them for a down payment and was paying by a debit card and they kept charging us each week for the same amount of money for our car payment and our bank had cancelled the card and marked this company under a fraud complaint and the car we was buying wasn't not to be sold cause it had a electrical malfunction and it couldn't not be fixed by any means it would shout off while we was driving it down the interstate roads with a smi 18 ******* behind us so someone needs to investigate into their cars that they get at auction sales and they don't fix the car problems they fix it enough to drive home an it breaks down and then with in the 90 day warranty on it they spouse to fix the actual problems and they just Add it to ur bill and if u don't pay off the money for the repair of the car that they should have payed for cause of the warranty of the car plus the payment they are coming to ur where ever u are sitting at an Repoing your car after you realized that you have been over paying them for the vehicle they don't want to talk to about it no more cause they just scammed you and fraudulent you name and ur money I have the original documentations and the original auction off paperworkInitial Complaint

I was never advised that a tracker needed to be taken out of my car. nothing in my contract that I have on hand says anything about a tracker. instead of telling me where the tracker is they advised me that I would need to pay 350$ to get my title. They will not tell me where the tracker is and keep telling me that I can just pay them 350$ to get my title. they said that they have been reaching out to me but I never received anything from them stating about a tracker until *** of **** after my wreck, there is nothing in my contract stating that I need to pay for a tracker.
