Last year around August 2023 Anderson power came to fix my standby generator that they installed back in July 2022 the generator was under warranty I spoke with the service manager at Anderson power and explained to him that the generator quit working then he told me that it would be a 250 dls charge and I told him but the generator is under warranty then he said that I had to pay the charge and they will refund my money after they check if the generator was under warranty, the generator was only 1 year old and they installed it, he told me that he can send me a check or leave the money there with them and applied it a a credit next time I will need service with them.Well I received a email saying that I owed 175 dls back to them even though I had a 250 dls credit supposedly, they collected 250 dls from me plus another 250 dls from Generac from the service call I know that because I talked to them about this problem this is not fair I just want my money back.Business response
