            On August 23, 2021, I purchased online driving lessons (6) in the amount of $320.00 from the A-1 Driving school. I have not received a phone call, email or any other type of communication from A-1 concerning my interest. I have attempted to call, email and even in-person to get information on when the services would begin. I have not been able to reach anyone with these attempts.

            I paid almost $400 for a virtual class scheduled to begin on Tuesday June 18 at 10. I called Friday June 14 and Monday June 17 for information on how to access the class. I was told that I would be given an access code via email both days. Never received. I called on the morning that the class was supposed to start at 9 am. My first calls went unanswered and then a woman answered and assured me that she would send me the access code before the class started. Still no code. I then called again at 9:58 and was told that it was too late to enter the class which started at 10 and this was not my fault. I was told that I could go to class the next day and would receive the code Tuesday afternoon. The woman on the phone pretended to care about my frustrations and assured me that she would personally call me and send the code. Neither one of those things were done. It is Wednesday morning..I'm supposed to have class and still do not have a code to access the class. It seems that they took my money and have no plans to actually allow me to attend the class. Will be exploring all legal options.
