            I purchased a dishwasher less than one year ago. It is still under warranty. The machine stopped draining, water came out and ruined my floor. Called to have repaired. Person came out and told me I need new drain pump. I asked if he had ************, knowing the machine was not draining. No he did not. He scheduled for two weeks later. Day of repair the man canceled at last minute. Said he would come out the next day. (Today). No call, no show. I called and now Im scheduled for another week out. After dealing with this since the end of June I dont think it will be fixed. Please help!*********************** ************

            DEPENDABLE LIVES UP TO THEIR NAME, AGAIN!Recently, my water heater went out on a Friday after lunch.I contacted Dependable Repair Services for help. I did not realize how often I NEED hot water (and actually USE it) until I didnt have any. Dependable sent a technician named ******* out quickly. ******* got started right away, he was professional and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do and I had hot water again in minutes! He explained what caused it to fail and even suggested future prevention tips! He patiently answered my questions and was so respectful of me and my time. ******* is a great technician and top notch! He is truly an asset to Dependable! Thanks to Dependable Repair Services and *******, I had hot water again the same afternoon! When my HVAC or appliances arent working right, I want them up and running again by a professional in a timely manner at fair prices. I want someone who is reliable, trustworthy and actually knows what they are doing.just like the great techs at Dependable. Forget all the free online help because its worth less than it costs.
