I took my car to get an oil change 7/30/22 I drove my car to work next day as I was approaching work car started shaking and all the dash lights came in starting blinking. Ince I got to work I stopped semi in the street I was afraid to go any further, because at this point my truck was really acting up. I checked the oil and.noticed no oil was in the car. I immediately called the oil change place and no answered the phone. So at this point I called a mobile mechanic on a weekend to help me figure whats the problem with my truck not having oil and knowing i just got an oil change. He assessed the car and that point noticed I had no oil and the oil pump/filter was not placed on correctly and had been actually forced on with pieces from the oil one still attached. I needed to get my car out of the street so I had to purchase oil and the pump/filter to move my car in Fear of my motor locking up. On Monday I tried calling Take 5 oil change again and asked for a manger I was given ***** I told him the problem and told him I would have to have to truck towed because the car wasnt drivable. He said to me they would take care of it and he asked if I had all my receipt because and I would be reimburse. They would take care of the problem and if they couldnt they had a shop to send the car out to. So long story short car was towed Monday evening and they looked at it on Tuesday I was told that they would call me once the car was assessed and here it is Friday 8/5 and one has contracted me about my truck and I have rode by several time and my truck is not there. I havent received a call at all about what happening. They handle me very poorly they tried to give me money for the towing and send me in my way. That was not going to happen because they know they were at fault my truck is not driving right at all anymore.
