      I placed a order on April 2, 2024 order #***** with Mahalia Organics however I never received my order I have reached out numerous times through tex, emails and there social media platforms with no response accept for a shipping label that was generated however never shipped. I want my order due to me enjoying there products but if that's not possible I would like a full refund .

      Purchase 2 orders on 4/1/2024 for $117. Contacted a month out & was told it was delayed. Policy states 1-20 business day process time. I have contacted multiply times on all social media platforms, ************** Have not gotten a response back. Its been 3 months today. I was a loyal customer since 2020 & love the product. Never had an issue till now. I would really like product or refund

      I placed an order with Mahalia Organics on December 6th totaling $299.08. With it being the holiday season, I expected a delay in delivery so I gave her until January for updated tracking. I started sending her messages on Instagram Jan 5th asking where my order was to which I didnt get a response on Instagram or through email. On January 10th I got an update through instagram saying Hey babe! Wholesale and retail orders are pretty back up right now. We are currently working as hard as we can! She also sent out an email on January 12th saying Heres an update on your order or orders with Mahalia Organics.It is still processing and will be until our team being Me ******** can catch up on the extreme high volume of orders we have right now. Since the recent holidays I have been working alone and I want to keep an open communication for any of my babes so that they feel welcome & loved. ??Please be patient with me! I know its been long enough. Your order and you are seen and valued! To which I responded on February 13th after not hearing anything else from her Im reaching out to hopefully get a response and an update on the order I placed back in December.I understand the holiday season was hectic and you had to catch up. With that being said I hope you also understand that 1 update in almost 3 months is insane! *** sent multiple message on Instagram that have gone unread.I absolutely love your product and respect your hustle, I just have to stay in the loop on my product especially after spending $300!So at this point ** literally begging you to let me know whats going on because I feel like Im getting dragged along and scammed.Since then I still have no product, she refuses to reply to anymore of my messages and also refuses to give me my money back. This is the worst business practices Ive seen in a very long time and I just want her to honor our transaction or give me my money back so I never have to deal with this business again!!

      I ordered from this company November the 2nd of last year and have yet to receive my package. *** tried numerous times to contact this company and reach out to see the process of my order and have yet to get a response. They promised in a email that my package would be here at least by Christmas because they were running behind on orders but started printing my label on January the 8th. Ill rather just have my money back at this point.

      I placed my 3rd order with Mahalia Organics on 8/30/2023 for 9 items totaling $70.98. An email was sent from them on 10/9/23 advising that the order was delayed due to the owner being involved in a car accident. On 10/24/23 I received an email saying my order was on the way and provided the tracking number #**************************. When checking the tracking days later, it was still saying the shipping label was created but awaiting the item. I sent emails about this to the owner at the end of 10/2023 and on 11/9/202, and then reached out on her company Instagram page on 11/19/2023 requesting to cancel the order since it still had not shipped and requested a refund. On 11/22/2023 she finally responded saying the order was shipped (even though the tracking info still said label created awaiting item) and if they can't locate the order she would reship it per her policy to replace it rather refund. When I went to check on the pkg status on 11/24/2023, I had to reach out again informing her that now the tracking number says "Not Trackable". I sent another email on 12/15/23, and again on 1/11/2024 with no response. I want my money refunded since these items were NEVER sent or resent and the owner is now being unresponsive.

      Had a package delivered by **** that was stolen. **** did not put it in the proper box. Submitted claim to ****. Package was worth $342.94. The seller only insured package for $100.00. So **** will only give this $100.00. Informed seller but refuses to reply me back.

      ****** contacted Mahalia Organics LLC via email and all emails responses can take up to ***** hours. First, Mahalia Organics is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. It is stated within our store policies and has been that way for 3 plus years. 


      Inside of each Priority ************* ********* is included. Based on ****s policies, $100 is automatically included. And only $100. If the customer is wanting or requesting additional ********* up to ***** which is their **** They are required to contact my company and or ***** Which Nneoma did not! So she was granted only the automatic $100. 
      That ********* was free with her Priority Mail Delivery and she did not request or pay for the full $342.92. 


      Unfortunately, **** handled her mail poorly and did not place her package in her designated box. She was only granted what was included in the **** free *********. 


      A response will be emailed to Nneoma by the end of this business day.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I contacted the seller previously regarding this situation and she was not planning to reply until I reported to the BBB.

      There is no policies on extra insurance and lost/stolen items on this website.  ************ ********************* should automatically be provided by the seller for the amount of the purchase that was made.  Not less. 

      The post office is only covering the $100 because of the insurance.  How is that fair?

      As a business who takes pride in communication and customer service. Your response and email would have 100% been answered too. Your frustration is not with my company but **** for misplacing your item. 

      You emailed my company on 9/9/22 on a Friday evening. Today is Monday, 9/12/22. The next business day for a proper response. Not only do we have your inquiry we have others as well. A response was given and you still can not communicate with me via email. Nneoma is here on the BBB responding. 

      The policies are in place and you can request help on finding those policies via customer service. Which you have not done so! We are more than welcome to help you find those policies. 

      Free insurance of $100 is included for every package. My company will not require a customer to pay any additional fees for insurance on top of their order. They are promised and guaranteed the automatic free insurance of $100. Thank you for your past business. This will be our last response.
