***** was hired to replace roof. The roof has leaked every since he replaced it. The front side of my home has multiple spots on the roof and ceiling. The light fixture in my grandsons room has shorted out due to the leaking new roof. He has an excuse for everything and cant seam to fix the problem. Never comes to check or repair the roof when he says hes coming. Keeps saying hes going to replace the roof but its been 1 year of us contacting him and him giving false appointments and never showing up to fix anything.Business response

We replaced the part of the roof that she was complaining about this past weekend. Once we tore it off we saw there was no leaks. That picture is from before the original roof was replaced. But there was no sign of the roof leaking.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: He did in fact replace part of the roof that WAS LEAKING. that picture was after the roof was originally replaced by J&S. We have not has any rain since he repaired his work from the first install. I will update the BBB and J&S roofing after the next rain. My ceiling and walls had no damage prior to his new roof install. The only leak I had was in my kitchen dining room. None of the bedrooms leaked before he installed the new roof. All of the damage was done after he installed the new roof. We still do not have a working light in my grandsons room, were the leak was coming thru his light fixture. He promised he would fix the light. But iam not holding my breath. He didn't fix the roof until I contacted the BBB.

First thank you for letting us know the next time it rains and lets see how it does. We did not just come out there because you made a complaint with BBB. I handle all the emails and I have not been here. I just opened the complaint this morning which is the 11th. That is why we just responded to it today. But I do understand your frustration. We will get someone out there to fix the light asap.
