Our roof had wind and hail damage. It looked so bad that people would notice it as they drove and then cold call a sales pitch, but we didn't know if we could trust them. **** on the other hand, came recommended from a friend. **** worked diligently to get our insurance to honor their policy even after we were switched to 3 different adjusters, with delays each time. Even after I was ready to just give up, **** coached us on how to advocate for ourselves. Finally, after all the approvals came through, **** helped by giving us a detailed explanation of the build process, so that we could make an informed decisions and choose the best option for us. The build day was very convenient. We had a job transfer out of state, so with the new roof, two hours after we put a sign in the yard, we had a buyer.

DO NOT USE!! Although they may do good work, the financing is awful and some of the employees are RUDE!! I have posted on ******** what has transpired with this company so far. Check it out people!!!!!

I recently hired Whitaker Roofing Company to replace my roof after a recent hail storm did significant damage. It was a great experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend them. Our rep was Dakota, and he was so professional. He eased our burden by working directly with the insurance adjuster and inspector. He communicated with me every step of the way and explained things thoroughly. On the day of the installation, the roofing crew worked efficiently to get it all done in one day, working until after dark with flashlights to clean up. I have not found one nail or old shingle anywhere on my property. I am very pleased with the level of service Whitaker Roofing provided and my beautiful new roof.

Professional and easy to work with from start to finish. *********************** was our rep, who handled everything including assisting with communications with our insurance adjuster. He explained the process thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and followed up afterwards. Roof installation crew was efficient and did a nice job cleaning up. I used Whitaker Roofing to replace my roof. ****** came out to meet with me about the process. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He was very thorough in answering all of my questions and showing me samples of the new roof. He made sure I understood the entire process. He responded to text messages quickly and I never felt like I was bothering him with all of my questions. ****** was a great to work with from beginning to end. Had a hail storm yesterday and have had a couple roofing people knock on my door today. One person, ********************* with Whitaker Roofing Company, separated himself from the pack. He was the only one to actually climb up on my roof, clean about a bale of pine straw off it and check it out. When he came down he told me I had a roof in excellent shape with only a couple minor exceptions and that I dont need a new roof. He saved me from turning a claim in that would highly likely been refused by my insurance company and Im very grateful for his time, honest evaluation and candor. His card is now on my refrigerator !
