On November 2, 2022 I signed an agreement with Harmony Senior Services to reserve a room, to live in their facility that was under construction, in Douglasville, GA; I paid by check, the required Reservation amount of one thousand dollars ($1000.00). The Agreement (attached) clearly states and is highlighted by Harmony, that the Reservation Deposit is fully refundable. On January 7, 2023, I contacted my Harmony Salesperson in writing, stating that I would not move into the facility and requested a Deposit refund. On January 27, 2023 I again, in writing, requested a refund for my Deposit. Each time the Salesperson stated that she would contact their corporate office regarding issuing the refund check. The Senior Salesperson for the Douglasville location telephoned me and confirmed my refund request. On February 19, 2023 I made my last written request for the $1000.00 refund, As of today, February 25, 2023, I have not received a refund. It has been nine weeks since I first requested a refund. The building is still under construction, has not opened, and prospective clients have been allowed to enter.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: For more than ninety days, I have received apologies and statements that reflect that within a few days, I would have my money; it's in the mail. The words are empty promises. The only sufficient response is the one I currently WANT to give, REFLECTING that I finally received what I have repeatedly asked for - my refund of $1000.00.

Hello,
Harmony records show that check number ****, was issued on 3/8/2023 and was cashed on 3/13/23. To our knowledge this issue has been resolved since that date.
