I am an Independent Travel Agent with Inteletravel. This is a horrible company to work under. They are withholding my commission checks and continue to give me the run-around when requesting my money. I have uploaded the proper trip documents as requested and they continue to give me additional tasks to do in order to receive commission. I would like to know what I can do to receive the commission from the travels I've booked. I'm so exhausted with them.

Signed up at the end of August and canceled on the 1st of September with a 7 -10 business dayif cancelled full guarantee refund. 25 days later I'm still waiting for that refund!! I have called, I have texted, I have emailed, I keep getting the run around And being told that they're going to escalate it but again 25 days later and I'm still waiting. Do not sign up with these people keep your money and spend it on something wiser.

Horrible worse experience of my life I requested to cancel my service with them on June 17, 2021 as of 10/11/2021 they have not respected my request and continue to charge me 39.99 for the past month. This organization are full of compulsive liars who trick scam people out of money. If anyone approaches you about joining or purchasing anything from Inteletravel run for your life.

I was told when I joined that I can cancel at anytime during the first year and receive a full refund, minus any income I had earned. That was the only reason I joined knowing my initial $200 would be given back to me if I did not like it. A couple of months after joining I knew it was not for me, so I contacted them to cancel it. There are different divisions, so the first one cancelled and refunded right away. I tried for two weeks trying to get a hold of the right person who I thought could help me and it was a waste of time. When it came to InteleTravel itself, they refused to do anything other than cancel it. The woman then proceeded to tell me that she knew for a fact that an agent would never tell me I could get a refund. The woman was wrong because my sponsor did tell me that and now this big company is saying it is too bad, I should have read the fine print. We all know when they put pressure on you to sign up for things, they do not tell you to read the fine print, they just pressure you to sign right away. When I tried to book my trip with them, it even cost more than it did directly with the airline. It is all about the pyramid of the higher ups making all the money and the newer ones work like crazy for very little. There was not one person who could show me that they actually received all the money they claimed to receive. Run, run far away!!
